The guy who actually worked on my laptop was not AND I ended up being charged more than double the price that I was quoted. I brought my laptop in because the keyboard wasn't working after reinstalling windows. They called me a few days later saying the battery doesn't work anymore and they were going to take it apart and do all this other stuff. The battery was fine and didn't end up being replaced or anything, but it had been sitting around uncharged for about 3 months. I told him it probably needs to be plugged in overnight and he started arguing with me over the phone about how that doesn't matter and I don't know what I'm talking about it. He said that only applies to car batteries. I convinced him to at least try it before replacing anything, and lo and behold, it charged and turned on. Lithium ion batteries can lose capacity if left uncharged for too long. That is simply a fact. When I went to pick up my laptop the next day the price was DOUBLE what I was originally quoted because the worker did a bunch of completely unnecessary work on the innards of the laptop when all that needed to be done was a reinstall of the original Acer software and drivers. They even admitted as much but still insisted on charging me for the work. On my original visit we were discussing a few upgrades that I was doing on my PC and they were going to install the parts for me when they arrived from Amazon, but after the fiasco with my laptop I will NEVER give them any business ever again. They lost a customer for life just so they could rip me off for $80 dollars. Disgraceful.

I got the guitar center card because there was 0% finance for 48 months. so i thought. well i guess they randomly can change the months at purchase if they feel like it. After realising my payments were doing nothing to my total i called in to find out i only had 6 months of 0 percent interest and that it all gets charged to the card after 6 months. I would of just bought it outright if I knew they were going to be scums. Any business that aligns themselves with synchro bank is scum right along with them. if youre going to purchase from them don't use their card! Theifs! between intrest and the upcharge on the product i purcahsed i could of bought a whole new one! At no point in time was i told this at purchase.

It would have been nice if Markbass gave them a heads up on that!! After that, I decided to ditch the Markbass rig and get an Aguilar bass rig. Only reason I wouldn't go here is that they are a 3rd party retailer and that often has strings attached in the cell phone world like lower promos or extra fees. Authorized retailers like this you have to really watch for fees and extra charges and they tend to give the carriers a bad rap. Otherwise yes they can definitely help you out.

Did however buy 2 pairs of shoes that where clearance one pair they did not have in stock so they did free shipping, the girl I worked with put in the order and asked how I would like them shipped and I told her anything but FedEx because there shipping service is EXTREMELY BAD she said they can do USPS I said yes a couple days later I get an email saying it was shipped FedEx so because of this lie I got the shoes over a week later than they where supposed to arrive.
