    Terrible service. I've only seen two gentleman working here, but both are snobbish and talk to you…read morein a very 'I'm better than you, and you know nothing' type way. I believe their names were Jake and Ryan. They are so off putting, it almost makes me physically sick. I went in with a broken phone, it was sent in to be repaired and I was given a loaner phone. After 2 weeks of no word, I called for a status update, and got the voicemail...2 days later someone returned my call, without even acknowledging my message, but just that my phone was in. I went in to get my new phone, and was told I could leave as everything was syncing to my phone, and it would continue as I reconnected to wifi. It didn't. I returned to the store and he muffled 'ug it always does that.' ...why in the world would you have me leave then, if it always does that? Three days later, my photos still have not downloaded fully. Went in to see if they could help. Was told they were there, but would take probably a week to fully download. ...it's been 3 days and I haven't had any progress. They said it only works with wifi..I'm a stay at home mom, who is always connected to wifi. Basically, they are useless and idiots and treat me as though I'm an inconvenience and want to do as very little as possible to help me. Last time I checked, that was not good customer service.

    I went in Monday December 22 to upgrade from my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Sat down w an associate and…read morewanted to upgrade to the iPhone 17 pro max and it didn't seem like an issue. the guy went into the back grabbed a phone and watch and convinced me to add the watch to my plan. Apparently you don't activate your new phone or anything in store anymore so I had to go home to do so, which isn't an issue. I got home, opened the iPhone and started the transfer process and it went great. A little while later on that night I noticed I had received the pro model not pro max like I had asked and was told I was getting. Fast foreword to the next day and I went back in after work and explained the situation, the worker went into the back to grab the iPhone 17 pro max but they apparently didnt have any. The worker informed me of that which wasn't a big deal, I'll go to a different AT&T store to get the correct model that I had asked for and was told I was getting originally. The worker then informed me that since the box was opened and I had used it (there's no way to tell which model was in the box to me, no markings of the model) that I would have to pay $50 for a restocking fee or something along those lines. I was immediately upset, I had just been lied to about getting the pro max version originally (store didn't have any) and was convinced into adding the Apple Watch to my plan w the new iPhone. The original worker must've known they didn't have the pro max and still proceeded to move along w the upgrade and convinced me to get the watch also to get a sale and cut of commission on the sale which was messed up from the get go. I do not recommend this store, they do not care if you get the correct phone you're wanting and then will continue to screw you out of money for a return on their own screw up. I will never be returning to this store and am thoroughly upset with how they handled everything. I'd give a 0 star review if possible. Horrible customer service and horrible service handling their own screw up
