My mom speaks little to no English and she was filled with excitement after her visit! Not only did they assign her an in-store sales rep that speaks her native language, but they also tended to all her specific needs. The reasons for her visit included: a new SIM card, an upgrade from an iPhone 5 to an iPhone 8, and questions about unlocking her phone for international travel. The sales rep helped her with both of the first two things and gave her detailed instructions on how to unlock her phone online. All t-mobile stores should aspire to provide this level of customer service, because usually the sales reps stink! ::thumbs down::

Very very shady place. I came here to inquire about the JUMP program when it was the new rave. The…read moresales rep told me a bunch of lies and did some shady stuff behind the scenes. First he said if I bring him 3 lines, he'd get me a 20% discount off my whole bill. This actually turned out to be him submitting me as a Chase employee, which I'm not, and then after 3 months T-Mobile sent me letters requesting proof of employment. After that they just removed the discount and I pretty much got scammed into a bait-n-switch. On top of that, I asked the rep if in a couple of months I hated the service, would I be able to leave or have to pay off the phone? He told me I could just hand the phone in and leave, since there was no contract. This too was a lie. You can only return the phone if you want to upgrade and get a new one, but in order to get out of the contract you have to pay off the whole phone. I wrote to T-Mobile and called a bunch of times, and was pretty much told that I misinterpreted the sales reps information and they never even addressed the discount issue. I got suckered, I get it, but for a global company like T-Mobile to not even look into employee discount fraud, or pretty much not care, well that's just ridiculous.

They efficiently helped, while keeping her informed and comfortable that the service she wanted was proceeding. It's ultimately a small local shop with a limited supply and selection of devices--if you want to peruse all of your current options and walk out of here with the newest model, this might not be the spot for you? But for service or assistance I imagine with an existing account I would think you couldn't ask for much more.

Went in on August 10th to connect my new iPhone, what should have been a simple process and taken…read moreabout 15 minutes turned into 2 hours with zero results. Apparently they were unable to connect my phone because I had purchased it in Europe. this was despite assurances from multiple apple employees that the phone was exactly the same in terms of hardware and software, was unlocked, and that there shouldn't be any issue connecting it. For whatever reason they were completely unable to figure out what the issue was and far worse, did not seem to care at all, were completely uninterested in understanding what the problem was or that there could be a solution, even though the employee admitted to me that he had other customers with the same issue. So after 2 hours of no results and being almost completely ignored after the first 15 minutes I was there with zero explanation of what the encountered problem was, the best I got was "our systems aren't picking your phone up" their "best" suggestion was to return the phone and purchase a new one from them. So the next day I went to the apple store and lo and behold within fifteen minutes they had my phone activated with verizon. According to the apple store employees most Verizon employees have no idea what they're doing and are simply there to try to take your money however they can. After my experience I would have to agree. Overall the employees at jet verizon, also known as Russell cellular were lazy, inattentive, I knowledgeable and completely unable to solve a problem as soon as any difficulties were encountered. I would highly recommend going anywhere else for cellphone related inquiries. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is they at least tried somewhat, yet completely failed, to help.

I walked in without an appointment and didn't have to wait long before I was seen. There is no phone service for this location if calling. You'll have to text a number or leave a message to get to anyone. Samsung voids manufacturer warranty even if there's the tiniest blemish on a device. I don't think I'd purchase another device of theirs knowing that. I spoke with two associates and found the second to be very approachable and pleasant. The technician fixed the issue same day (of course with a payment). They even managed to finish before the stated pickup time. The store is tidy and it was almost empty when I arrived. However, it can get busy at certain times. There is even a small area of the store for kids.

He diagnosed the problem, almost immediately, and delivered the good news, while I waited. Then he gave me my options and described the service that would be provided and the cost involved. He did not pressure me in any way, he left it up to me. I decided to go ahead and he indicated that as soon as he got the screen in, he would notify me and the repair should not take more than 24 hours, once the screen was received. And that is exactly what happened. The screen came in sooner than expected and my laptop was ready the next day at noon!! Juan went through all the repair details and saved me a ton of money!!
