I WAS NOT going to write a review about the lack of service and communication I received from them. I SWEAR I WASNT. I figured...I dont like hurting people's bread. The means of which they feed their families. But then I picked up my machine and SAW THIS! (look at the pictures). They used my laptop as a COASTER! it was sticky and shiny like alcohol or coffee. THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLES BELONGINGS ENTRUSTED WITH YOU!? And for the record, I am in I.T. I WOULD NEVER! NEVER put liquids NEAR a machine let alone ON ONE! I keep my electronics immaculate! I should have snapped a picture of it before I dropped it off. You will all have to use your common sense. I dropped this laptop off over 4 weeks ago. Yes you read that right. 4 weeks ago for it not powering up. Yes I work in IT but I don't have the parts or equipment to determine the root cause other than using my common sense. I explained if its a bad port it's a bad motherboard because the port is attached to the mb on this model. You can't separate them. Find out how much it is after confirming it's not the battery terminal. I replaced the battery myself so it wasn't that. Anyway they said they would be in touch. Not ONE SINGLE TIME did they EVER call me! I called them every single time. I had to reach out for staus every single time. 1st time yes I called 2 days later. And they'd say "sorry Mohammad these things take time I have a guy working on it. We tried this this this and this. Now we're waiting for a part." I sometimes waited a full week being patient, giving them the benefit of the doubt, giving them time. But I'd end up calling again because they NEVER kept me updated. "Oh sorry Mohammad I meant to call you but I been busy." 2 weeks then 3 weeks then 4 weeks. What!??? It doesn't take 4 weeks to determine the root cause of a failure. It literally takes 2 days tops. But that's what happens when you work with people who sub contract techs. Anyway I'm pissed at how I was treated but more importantly how my machine was treated. Take a look at the pics and see for yourself. Up to you if you want to take your chances with them. I was going to let it go then I saw the condition of my machine. No way should you guys be in business. NO WAY.

I entered the store today to buy a new phone since mine broke. The model I wanted. I looked other stores and then returned in 5 minutes since they had best price . When I came to store I choose the phone and the case and gave her the money. She brought the phone and quickly processed the sale, when I saw the box I realized it was not the phone that's I wanted (and the receipt).It was an older version; which has lower price in stores . Before I even did touch the phone with or turned it on I complained and she would say I misunderstood the model , which is not the case. I asked her to talk to manager she said there is no manager. And there is no way they would return the phone. I did not even touch the phone , much less then it out the store, still she would not receive it back. Then a so called manager came and I asked him, he said the same thing. I feel very cheated, since it was a quick procedure so I would not perceive it! Besides I have another complaint: she lied to me about the differences between IPhone 6 and 6s saying that is just a small feature difference in camera. That is not the case since the RAM , processor and other features are very different. The 6S is much superior and she said otherwise. Another false information was when I asked about battery for the product: she told me that the iphone have brand new battery which is not the case (She did say they would change all "internals" in factory in the refurbished process) I bought it today and it's already with low duration. App says it is 80% capacity's (after charging) and third party apps say even more wear to the battery. I feel cheated and all the things that happened indicate a very unfair and shady way of doing business Again, I asked for a refund before I touched the phone and as soon as I had my receipt and saw the back of the box ! I believe the "quickness" of the transaction was to prevent me from fully knowing the device! I would recommend anyone to even enter this store ! Besides the different model, there is false information from the seller which is unacceptable !Buyers beware !!!

BUT I stumbled across Specter Phone Repair in desperation, and Alex told me it would cost about $109 before taxes to fix it. I walked in the same day and sat outside his little work room for what felt like 10 minutes. It was restored to brand new! Alex showed me that the LCD and screen were both cracked, which was helpful to understand. It's been a few days and it has been working perfectly. The total came to $119, which is a great deal compared to what I would have had to pay to buy out the phone.
