If you're looking for a wireless expert with great customer service stay away from this place. My husband visited this place today around 5.00pm to get a case for my LG dual screen. Clearly the back screen come with a case but not the front screen. So, when my husband asked if they carried this item he was greeted by a loud mouth sarcastic individual. The Woman asked why would he need a case for a case... And kept repeating it. Also, there was a guy name Josh that didn't offer any assistance. My husband ended up leaving there frustrated. No one should experience this type of treatment. They could have simply looked it up instead of being lazy and talking to him like he's crazy or something. If you want respectful interactions with a Verizon retailer, I suggest you find another location. read more

Alexis was amazing!! We were switching to Verizon from another carrier. For some reason our carrier had created some sort of block on our port. Alexis made multiple calls. I have been with Verizon Wireless for over 5 years now and I can say that this authorized reseller has the worst business practice I have ever seen. They will rob you clean from your money if you are not careful and do thorough research on the product you are about to purchase. I upgraded my phone there not too long ago and was told that my phone would deliver 6-10 hours of talk time. However after using the phone for only 10 days I realized that the talk time on the phone had an average of only 3 hours of talk time before the battery died. When I tried exchanging it for another phone they claimed that despite the fact that they told me that I would have 6-10 hours of talk time they could not exchange it for another phone without me paying a restocking fee of 70 dollars. WTH!!! It use to be in business that if you purchase a product and that product was not able to deliver what it promised it could you could return it no questions asked. I am upset and I hope this does not happen to anyone else. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! Go to the corporate store a few miles away YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! read more

I had a reasonable experience here. They did everything I asked but it wasn't without attitude or trying to talk me into something else. Also when I asked questions they were answered with attitude. Almost saying why are you asking questions? I was annoyed. In the end I got everything I asked but I think I will try another Verizon if I need something next time. I like positive attitudes. STAY AWAY! The sales representative Dro Yanez was the one who help us. At first everything was perfectly fine until I realized I was completely lied to. I had just gotten out of a relationship and needed to get out of my ex boyfriends phone line. Dro was there to assist me. I came in on December 2. He advised me of the different plans they had. I picked the smallest one because I did not know how much data I would use. Dro showed me different phones that I could get. I decided to go with the same phone I originally had with Sprint which was a Galaxy 7 edge. Dro begun the process of opening my account. He stated I would not have to put anything down for the account. He then asked me if I wanted to keep my phone number. I stated no. He then transferred all my contacts/ pictures from my Sprint phone to my Verizon phone. I asked Dro what I should do with my old Sprint phone since it was not completely paid for. I know I can't sell it on EBAY or Craigslist but I asked him how much he would give me for it since its a new phone. Dro advised me that he could only give me 15 dollars for the BRAND NEW PHONE (with no scratches or marks) due to the fact it wasn't completely paid for and it would have to stay in the back and they would not be able to use it. I asked my boyfriend what I should do because 15 dollars seemed really wrong. He said " well you can always just give it back to Sprint and see what they would give you." Dro interrupted and stated that they would not give me anything since it was not paid for." So I sold the phone to Dro. Before I left, I payed 87 dollars to " activate" my phone. When I was not suppose to put anything down. I then asked Dro when would my first bill be and he stated "about a month from now maybe around January." Later on that week as I was speaking to friends about the experience there they all stated something was wrong with that. When I checked, my Sprint phone line was not cancelled. I was still paying for the phone that I gave to Dro. On top of that, when I checked my Verizon account, I was charged 127 for one day use and bill would be due on December 27. 25 days after signing up with Verizon. So I went to speak with a representative in the same store. Dro was there with another customer so I gladly spoke to the other representative. I advised him what was happening and he even seemed completely confused about the situation. I began to give him my information for the account when Dro stated he would take care of me since he was the one who opened the account. So we went to speak with Dro. I advised him everything that was happening. I asked him why the phone line was not cancelled and he stated " well because you wanted a new number." Well, I understand that but isn't it your responsibility to advise me of that? Because right now I'm paying for two bills and one I don't even have a phone for but still have to pay for. And I advised him of the bill of 127. That's when the other representative who was still looking at my account stated " Yeah, man that's wrong she was charged 127 for one day use." Dro stated he would call costumer service and see if he could get it fixed which got fixed and changed to January. I then begun to speak to Dro about my previous phone and why it was not cancelled and why I only got 15 dollars for it. I asked him if I could have the phone back because if not I would have to pay the remaining balance which was about 500 dollars and the cancellation fee. He stated " I do not have the phone, I sold it." That's when everything became a shock to me because I realized that he just wanted to open my account and sell my phone for his own pleasure. I have heard of these stories before. I asked him who he sold it to since he had originally advised me "it would have to stay in the back because its not paid for" He then stated he sold it to a " Lost and Found store" and then changed it to "a store that just gets parts of a phone." You could feel the tension in the air. He asked me if I would like to cancel the other account with Sprint and I stated " yes why would I want to still be paying for it" He then stated I would have to change my number back and the fees would be paid for. I told him it was fine but what would happen with the other phone bill. Like the remaining balance. He stated " the account would be cancelled and the phone balance (what is due) would be billed to the account holder (my ex who would bill me for it). I just stayed quiet... He fixed the cancellation of my sprint account then left to take a phone call. According to my boyfriend who is Army and has really good hearing stated he heard him say " hey man, she wants the phone back." Afterwards came back from the phone call and stated to call him the next day and he would see if he could get the phone back. PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. read more

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF DECENCY STAY AWAY!!!! I am a Soldier. Preparing to deploy in four days from this incident, I didn't have time for mail. I simply wanted to make calls to and from Afghanistan to my wife. Knowing what I wanted to do and having researched it using www.verizonwireless.com and having spoken to them on the phone I knew what was possible and what wasn't. Hoping this store would be faster than mail, I entered and was immediately approached by a salesman. I told him my situation and what I wanted to do and how I expected it to happen and he never gave me the chance to explain how I have already researched everything. He LIED to me, told me it wasn't policy for Verizon but it was AT&T's policy. He tried to get me to spend $200 on a new iPhone and told me it'd be up to me to hack it which wasn't true. Right before turning around and leaving the store I told him how I'd already researched everything and googled my questions which were researched through Verizon. His facial expression told me he knew I'd caught him lying. The last thing I heard before the door shut behind me was him trying to be nice to me saying loudly "sir please have a nice day!" I'll never go there again. Been there before and the other encounters, while not as blatant were similar. They're only out for money. Making a living and being out for money are two different things. And who can trust people who lie about the product and policy of the company their supposed to represent? Ya might want to go elsewhere. read more
