I have a phone with manufacturer defective. It was in warranty. I spoke to customer service and…read morethey approved my warranty. The phone just stopped turning on. When plugged in... an almost full screen of the battery power displayed. They shipped my phone to this store. I went to the store to pick the phone up. She brought it out. Then she said she couldn't give it to me because the phone I was replacing wouldnt turn on. Clearly thats why I was getting a replacement phone. She called her manager up and told her manager there is no lcd display. Clearly lying. The battery percentage showed up when it was turned on. There is absolutely no physical damage to the phone. I asked them to call t-mobile to sort this out. She said she can't call them becaise she dont have access to my account. I said I was right here and can verify who I am. Ive done it plenty of times over the last ten years as a mobile customer. So I said I'll call them from my other phone. I was at 5 percent battery so I asked to borrow their phone to call tmobile. She said they dont have a phone. Omg, its a phone store that doesn't have a phone. Another lie. I was probably visibly upset, but I was polite and respectful. I called T-Mobile when I charged my phone up enough from the store. The ladies behind the counter were being very condescending and rude to me the whole time after I called TMobile on speaker and told them what was happening. I spoke to 2 different reps on the phone who both heard the way they were treating a customer who was being respectful to them. Then as im walking out there door, the one girl made remarks about she's not doing anything she dont want to. So I said it out loud that they were being rude and condescending. As I was walking out, still on the phone with tmobile, all 3 girls behind the counter started laughing at me. The lady on the phone heard everything and was typing everything up that she was hearing and she is sending that up to her bosses to see and to the store manager. There are 128,000 people in Killeen, +36,000 soldiers and their families and they have one person working in the evening at this store! When you walk in you're left standing in the middle of the store with nobody paying absolutely any attention to you until you get the attention of the one person there, an then finally he says, I'll get you checked in, only after I asked him if I was supposed to check in. Finally, he went around to everybody and started checking them in, regardless as to what order the people came in the door. I, also like the person who left the message before me, walked out!
