I must say I'm now celebrating 5 years of the absolute worst Internet I've experienced in my life. The phone service, no complaints, I left COX for something better. I've achieved half that goal. I turn on my computer and walk away. I can sometimes be online within half an hour; that's a good day. The spinning blue doughnut is my new nemesis. I will click on my MSN logo, and walk away, again. This process can sometimes take up to 90 minutes. Thank God I don't run a business from home! Clicking on links is another adventure, I sometimes do laundry while I wait. There are times I give up, go to bed, and try again in the morning. So often, my screen goes totally white, or black. I perform restarts, which can also take a while, like hours. I would not mind this if it didn't occur so often. I water my garden, check the screen, do the dishes, check the screen, mop the floors, check the screen, and so on. What I remembered the other day is that I've told T-Mobile about this, several times, in the store, the online customer satisfaction survey, etc. And you know what? They're like COX, if the monthly payment is on time, then everything is alright. They never reach out to help. Also, refrain from visiting the store on South Ft. Apache and Tropicana, it is understaffed, and there is absolutely NO sense of urgency with processing clients. "Welcome in!" is the most attention you'll receive.

Back at it today. Never signed in or acknowledged- Both times I've waited over 2 hours to make a 1 time payment. 2 HOURS, until I quietly left!! I work in customer service, when I have a guest come in that will take 3 minutes to process, I don't make them wait until I take care of 3 families ahead of them that takes over 40 min per family. These employees are all rude (ignoring guests, not signing guests in etc) and not getting the store cleared out efficiently. Efficiency is getting out the guest who is a 3 min transaction to clear out the store quicker. Complete & utter gross incompetence. at this store. It's not just once, it's EVERY EFFING TIME It's now 8:40 and this nasty rep is in the back laughing and joking now for 15 minutes while the store was closed 40 minutes ago and they have a room Full of people to help! Then I had so much time on my hands I read the reviews and see this IS the NORMAL For HOW THEY TREAT ALL GUESTS! A$$$$ Holes It's now 9pm, I unlocked the door myself and let myself out. Meanwhile the blonde in the photo laughed at me and had others laugh at me as I was quietly walking out. I drove by an hour later, on my way out of the parking lot (I went shopping at 3 others stores in that 1 hour) and the CSR's were still working with the same people from over an hour prior when I left.

Preparing to switch providers, I was in the process of returning equipment to the store. Having…read morespoke to customer care, they had cleared me to bring my rental equipment to this location for drop off. Having been burned before, I made sure I was recording the encounter (as I wanted proof I turned the equipment in and it was in mint condition, you never know what happens once you leave). The associate was mostly accommodating but didn't quite want to take in the equipment. After asking for a manager (who supposedly wasn't in the back, but then suddenly was once she realized she was being recorded), she goes off to retrieve her. I was perplexed...why was it so challenging to accept THEIR equipment that they had no problem sending to me within minutes of my order? While the girl was seeking out her manager, another associate (we will just call him "B") decides to ignore the customer he's dealing with and starts arguing with me that they aren't responsible for what happens to the equipment I'm turning in. I mean...it's their equipment, right? He goes on to threaten me, makes a highly inappropriate comment that offended even the customer he was SUPPOSED to be helping, when finally the manager shows up. So NOW they can accept it. Amazing! With everyone in the store now uncomfortable because of "B"'s behavior, I just had to shake my head in disbelief and recognize that today's workforce is not what it was pre-Covid. These people are miserable, don't want to work, and are stuck peddling cell phones all day with zero customer service skills. It completely justified switching networks and I'm now saving a ton, have better service and am kicking myself for all the money I wasted on that network. If you absolutely MUST use T-Mobile, I'd avoid this store at all costs. If you're looking for alternatives, check out Mint Mobile. It sounded a bit gimmicky and too good to be true, but I've had them for a while now and am paying about 1/3rd what I did for TMO and service is fantastic.

Both of them were not able to help on separate occasions. I had to wait for hours...yes, hours. Three hours to be exact. The manager was a joke. He was all about adding fees and manipulating customers for his gain. Left this awful location and went to the Trop/215 location...they had everything done correctly without all of the "fake fees" and I was finished setting up my new phone in less than 30 minutes. I truly hope they are caught in the act soon so they don't continue to rip off others.

I will still keep my At&t service until my contract expires with them next year. I got the 'works' I was offered a 'free' iPhone 16 and iPad 16 with a 3 year contract. Signed up for auto pay, so my projected bill will be around $85 a month for the two lines. I also bought all the cords, cases and extra goodies. I spent wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more than I thought. But Im happy with all my purchases. It took about 2 hours to get it all set up. A little longer than I wanted on my day off. Located downtown Summerlin near Trader Joes just off the 215W and Sahara

I transferred my family over from AT&T including my parents. My mom's line was initially transferred THEN kicked back to AT&T so I've been charged a separate bill for her single line. Meanwhile lovely Verizon decided to charge me for an e-sim for her phone with a number we've never seen before (not hers). So I apparently paid a setup and activation fee for this ghost number. Also meanwhile, another number mysteriously appeared on my bill so I was paying an additional 2 lines, in addition to the ATT bill of my mom's I was paying separately. All the while, reception is supposedly 'best' but really sucks in the new summerlin areas (west of lake mead/ 215). I walked into the store seeking their help and the manager Taryn told me to call 611. I asked what's the difference calling in-store vs the 611 I call from home - same thing, "you might as well call from home." how's that for customer service? I've been on the line going on 3 hours for the 5th time trying to get this issue sorted out and resolved. Best of all, if I want to move back to ATT where my mom's line is, I'll have to pay $1900 to pay off devices. Oh- my trade in credits of $28 per month also mysteriously disappeared. So many stories of untold grief and inconvenience and fees caused by this place. Oh and my monthly cell phone bill went up from $145 to $400 now, and mind you, 2 lines I've never even seen or used before. But when you walk into the store they aggressively try to get you to upgrade your phone or sign up for home internet. The staff is very obviously incentivized to upsell and make a certain target of financial production each day. That's a no brainer. I really regret moving to Verizon from my previous carrier where I was having zero issues except reception (which is usually bad in new build areas).
