    These salesmen here are worse than any used car salesman. If you're looking for a good scam artist they are a 5 star service in my book.

Then I had DANIEL H happily welcome me and so patiently helped me. I only came in to turn in a "WiFi tower" then he asked if I was interested in upgrading my phone - I ended up getting a new phone & iPad!! He is AWESOME! So helpful patient and took his time to kindly help me get set up, explained things to me to make sure I understood the "new" plan/upgrades. He helped me look over my current plan & how I can save money - great value with all my upgrades! When I came back to trade-in the iPad, he happily came in on his day off to assist me & help make sure I was taken care of to get properly set up! Talk about going beyond to make a customer happy - he's the first time I've had such exceptional customer service from Verizon! I wish there were more Daniel's in this world. THANK YOU, DANIEL!     I went to this Apple Store on Sunday May 24th (a Sunday.) I wasn't surprised to find it very busy…read morewith a lot of people. The greeter at the front door was very pleasant and helpful. I just switched to an Apple Laptop after years of using Microsoft Windows desktops. I wanted to ask some questions specifically about saving YouTube Videos to specific places and folders. The greeter quickly told me about their instore lesson sessions available to sign up and attend (I did sign up for one of their sessions.) Being I had specific questions I was directed to a table where I could wait, and a store rep would come and assist with my questions. Josh A. came over and spent a good 15 to 20 minutes answering my questions and explaining the differences between saving files on the Apple computer and a Microsoft system supported by windows. In the end Josh was great in showing me how to create folders and where I could save them. He also spent time sharing knowledge about the different apps that come downloaded on MacBook Air Laptops. I've always wondered if apps you never use can be uninstalled without impacting the operation of the computer. The time spent with Josh A. was very worth it. He was very nice. Didn't introduce himself, but people these days have trouble with manners it seems like. I guess I am old school. Anyway, he couldn't help me and didn't know how to fix my issue and didn't refer me to anyone that could. The weird thing, as I waited to get seen for almost 2 hours, I saw that there were more navy blue wearing employees standing around than customers. Not the best service. Sorry Apple.

Visited Wednesday, April 22nd around 11am expecting a routine phone upgrade. Instead, I accidentally walked into a masterclass in customer non-engagement. There was one rep. One. No backup. No support. No second person. No help coming. Just a single employee managing one customer while the rest of the store slowly turned into a waiting simulation with no instructions. And to be clear, the issue wasn't that the employee was helping someone else--that part is normal. The issue was that no one else existed to help, and no one bothered to acknowledge that fact. No greeting. No "hey, I see you." No "we're short staffed, it'll be a while." Nothing. Just immediate, professional-grade silence as if customers entering the store triggered a "do not interact" protocol. My wife and I waited about 20-30 minutes. Another customer came in, stood around in the same invisible queue, and eventually left. We followed shortly after, not out of frustration at waiting--but out of clarity that waiting was never actually part of an acknowledged system to begin with. Because when a store has one rep and no communication, what you're really doing isn't waiting for service--you're participating in a guessing game where the rules are never explained and the outcome is always the same. And that's what makes this stand out. Not the staffing level itself, but the complete refusal to acknowledge basic customer presence. Even a simple sentence like: "Hey, I'm the only one here, it'll be about 20-30 minutes" would've completely changed the experience. Instead, the approach seemed to be: If we don't acknowledge them, they'll eventually decide reality for themselves and leave. And we did. I don't expect instant service. I don't expect special treatment. I expect basic acknowledgment when I walk into a store that exists to sell services. This location didn't just fall short of that--it acted like acknowledging customers was optional, and possibly discouraged. We left without being helped, without being spoken to, and without any intention of returning. Not because it was busy. But because it was silent in every way that matters in customer service.

And then unfortunately they were not able to help me because of whatever corporate policy and minimal access to my account from this local store. I do not recommend dealing with AT&T through a local store if you have any way to avoid this.

I forgot to mention that everything we did along the way, was confirmed with an email and sometimes a text message. Excellent Communication- and Luiz and Esme were very good in all of their Explanations too. We received receipts while we were there. (I think that I mentioned this in my past reviews, to always keep your receipts and archive your emails from Cox in case there is any issue). And there were no surprises. I am happy to report that Cox delivers on their promises. I'm so glad that we made the change because Consumer Cellular was not what we thought. It's shady that there were many extra added fees that we did not know about.
