I'm from Los Angeles, so we have to set up appointments with the Apple Store since it gets so busy. We do have themed and fancy-looking Apple Stores. In Vegas, I origianally went in interested in getting Airpods Pro 3 since I left my pair, which is the first generation, at home and it was about time for an upgrade. There was some connectivity issues with my phone and they were able to see me right away. We stopped by twice on this trip and both times it was a positive experience. Atmosphere - Consistent. Decent size. We were in Vegas over the holidays for a mini vacation. Brought in my mother-in-law's phone because the screen wasn't turning on and was told it would take about an hour. An hour later, we came back and were told another 30 minutes. Then another 30. Then another 30. Then 15 more. This went on for hours. What was originally explained as a screen issue suddenly turned into a hardware issue, which is fine -- things happen -- but the communication was terrible. We ended up wasting half a day waiting around at Caesars because we kept being given new time estimates instead of an honest one upfront. If we had been told from the start that it would take closer to three hours, we could have planned our day accordingly instead of constantly waiting based on inaccurate updates. The issue wasn't the repair itself, it was the lack of communication. Please do better with setting realistic expectations. read more

Kyle was very helpful and kind. He allowed me to use one of their phones to call my phone carrier to order a new phone since mine stopped working. He was very attentive and circled back to ask me if I was okay multiple times. I would highly recommend and I would visit again. I visited on a Saturday around 3pm. I arrived an hour early to my appointment and they were able to move it up to 3:10pm and see me as soon as possible, which I really appreciated. read more

Apple store isn't my usual destination but my boss had an appointment and needed some fitment changes to his AVP, Apple Vision Pro. Disclaimer, he's not a nerd, but a techie. This review is about his experience. We walked in and were promptly greeted by Mohammed one of the dark blue t-shirt crew. My boss explained the issue and Mohammed listened intently as I was checking in on Yelp and taking pictures, all the while the gigantic mountain of a human security guard was watching the surroundings. After awhile, I walked the store and the rest of the dark blue t-shirt crew were assisting customers and providing excellent service. It was close to closing time, but Mohammed did not rush my boss or the experience. He took the time to process the fitment correctly and provide insights regarding the AVP. He also had to stop several customers who thought incorrectly that they could freely manhandle one of two of the AVPs on display. NOTE: If you want to try out the AVP, Apple Vison Pros, you have to make an appointment. One cannot just willy-nilly walk in and try them on. Mohammed disappeared to fetch a replacement for what my boss needed and then processed payment and got a bag. It was a very pleasant and productive visit. read more

While on a trip to Caesar's I decided to buy a pair of noise canceling iPods for the return trip. One 'salesman " decided to help us.For the first minute he seemed ok. He showed us the most expensive ones, which is understandable. The wife added the price doesn't matter,that was met with a grumble.I asked to see the iPod 4's,the $179.00 model He asked abruptly where did you see that,Walmart or Costco,with a smirk,I politely answered no the apple website. We are visiting Vegas for my husband's 65 birthday and had time to kill between the Eagles concert at the Sphere and a comedy show at the Strat. He's been complaining that his camera was not working - only took pictures of him! I talked him into visiting the Apple Store at the Forum. The employees were friendly and helpful. After a quick diagnostic on the phone, it was discovered that the camera was indeed faulty. It would cost under $200 to repair it and take less than 2 hours. We shopped around and avoided gambling while enjoying the fish and statues of the gods. When we returned to the Apple Store the phone was fixed and good as new! They even cleaned all the gunk that gathered under the phone case. Thanks to the Apple Store my husband no longer has to borrow my phone to take photos. read more

My friends phone charger stopped working and we decided to try to get it fixed as soon as they opened. Sam was who assisted us and found the problem but did not have the part in stock. Sam was empathetic understood he wasn't able to help us on our vacation but was able to give her a magnetic charger to hold us over the vacation and even ordered the part to her home location so she can get it fixed when she got back. If you're a veteran or active duty military service please make sure ordered it online; however, I was lucky to still get my discount through the company I work for currently while in the store. Okay...there is a reason I drive past the Apple store in Town Square and deal with a store on the strip. Apple products are Apple products but associates at the Forum Shops store are courteous, efficient, friendly and professional. Ordered two iPads last evening on-line and picked them up this morning. Painless process. Greeting person explained masks were required to go inside but we were welcome to hang out by the door and they would bring our stuff to us. I was there at 2 pm today and Trent was extremely rude and unpleasant. Due to the fact I misunderstood him while waiting for my gf for him trying to help me. When he said "Hi How are you ?" I responded " I'm just waiting for my gf" Then I realized and I apologized, asked him how he was. He said "good" and didn't look up at me. Clearly annoyed with me. So I apologized again and said was waiting for my gf and I was confused cause I thought you were trying to help me opposed to just saying hi. Was in Vegas on a business trip and decided to go to the Apple store since the Apple Watch band I currently had was quite loose and sometimes locked while on my wrist. I am able to punch someone!!! I ordered an iPad Pro online last night and paid $9 for them to deliver it to me the next day before noon. Next day arrives and it's past noon... no iPad... I started a live chat with them and they apologized and said it was a priority and they'll get it out to me soon. They also refunded me 8.99 of the shipping cost. Then a few hours later I receive an email saying that my order changed into a standard mailing. So I again started a chat and they reassured me that it was getting delivered that day. Then I receive a call from a senior specialist saying that there was something wrong and to call back. I did and I was told that my iPad was going to get delivered the next morning. Then right as I'm getting ready for bed, I receive an email saying that I needed to update my payment. I tried and it wouldn't accept my gift card. So again, I started a chat. I was then told that all my gift cards had no money on it. Well, I told the girl that Apple must have taken them out already bcs there was money on it when I placed my order the other night. She then told me that I had to call the 800 number which I did and was then told that I needed to wait for them payments department to call me to release my order. I just want my freaking iPad!!!!!!!!! Why has it been so darn hard? I've been calling all day about it. What a damn headache! I needed to charge my macbook air as I left my charger at my last hotel and they brought me a charger so that I could finish work that I urgently needed to get done. There was a gentleman who worked there who was a trainer too (and a DJ on the side), and he helped me with my concerns with my outdated computer. It was easy to make a genius appointment for this location but they weren't able to resolve my issue they did not have an iPad Pro in stock and sent me to Town Square. They have strict Covid protocols which doesn't allow you to shop the store unless a team member escorts you. Sad that apple doesn't do anything for new products that break or fail within 30 days they give you the replacement version which you cannot tell if it is new or not. read more

They had multiple options, including a few three-way chargers. I grabbed one that charges my phone, watch and AirPods, all at the same time. A Specialist helped me check out.
