My wife was stranded on the freeway about a stone's throw from this location. "All circuits are busy", it said repeatedly. If you want to pay twice as much for half the product, this place is for you. Good luck if you have an elderly mother like I do and can't depend on text messages to go through. It's a glitchy network. They know it but keep selling plans they can't properly support. There are other options. Verizon and the employees of this store are criminals. They are horribly dishonest, shady and will do and say anything to get a sale. Do NOT trust anything any of them have to say. I became a customer in March, turned in 5 nearly brand new phones to participate in a promo in which I was expecting and promised repeatedly a complete credit for new phones for converting from T-Mobile. That was the promise and the highlight of the promotion. I have spent 6 hours in the store sitting next to people trying to resolve and have had zero results. They stole over $5,000 worth of phones and did it with a smile. My bill is nearly $500 per month for 9 months and it should be around $240. They do not care about people at all... it is all about getting sales. RUN AWAY! read more

I walked into Verizon today to get a new phone, I saw their we customers being assisted, everyone looked at me but no one spoke to me for about 5-7minutes as I was waiting, a gentleman walked in and everyone stopped, a worker her name is Heaven a store manager looked at him and told him they would be right with him and a Man who also worked there asked her if she spoke to me and she said no and he told her what to say to me, but he saw I could hear him so he spoke directly to me and at that point a customer told me that there were chairs in the back of the store where we could sit and I proceeded to sit down! I decided to leave as I no longer wanted to receive help from the workers that were there, I called them afterwards to tell them how their customers service was rude and Heaven then answered the phone, as I was telling her kindly how I felt about the customer service she spoke over me as if she didn't want to hear what I had to say. She told me she spoke to me when clearly she did not and told me there was nothing she could do, (How about listen and correct the behavior!), then she hung up on me I am all for giving people grace for having a bad day as I will with this lady but people we have to do better, I will visit this location again as it's the closest one to me and I hope to have a better experience! read more

Really long wait times. Almost nothing was done/setup right on our account. Literally 6 or 7 phone calls with Verizon to try to get everything sorted out. Nice staff... still don't recommend going to this location for any of your wireless needs. read more

They are so short staffed. We waited for 30 minutes one night and no one helped us. There was only one person working. Then we went in the next day waited an hour and nobody got to us. They told us it would be awhile and to come back so we did and waited another hour and still no help. They only had one trained employee and his trainee there. We will not go back to this location. So I had to pay off my phone which was $243 and they ran my debit card twice and it got declined so I had to pay with a different card which was successful. I look at my bank account yesterday and the other two charges went through so now I'm short $486 dollars. I called customer service, the financial office and the corporate office and they all tell me they only see one charge. So now I can't get my money back. read more

This is a fraudulent business. I went in to get a phone and the salesman said it would be $200 and monthly payments. I never one time said I wanted anything but the phone. He hands me my bag and I leave and when I got home I was like why is there a screen protector on my phone that I do not want and why is there all these weird accessories in the bag? I then looked at the receipt and I was charged $200 for bunch of stuff I did not want. I was assuming the $200 he said I would pay was a down payment on the phone. Not one time did the salesman asked me if I wanted a screen protector for $79.99. I was so frustrated and mad that they made nothing clear and were trying to deceive me into purchasing things I did not want. To top it off they put a service plan without asking me. So now I have to hassle with getting that canceled. The building does not say it is a Go Wireless store just that is is a Verizon store which is also deceiving. I basically felt like I had been robbed. Warning: Do Not Support this store or the way they do business! Stay as far away as you can from Go Wireless. read more

The store has a good selection, is ideally located, and has friendly employees. It isn't overloaded with customers like many other tech support stores either, so it is a good option for getting quick service. Its hours of business are also convenient. Personally, I did have some difficulties with a screen protector warranty. If you get one for yourself, note that it will be good only for the phone you get it for, not if you have to switch phones. Also, to be perfectly honest, it seems a bit pricey now, but that's more about being a conscientious consumer issue. There were some other miscommuncations that at first left me frustrated, but in the end the store was able to work things out with me. They reached out, apologized for the confusion, and offered to make amends. I appreciate that kind of humility in customer service. read more

I ordered a phone online from Verizon and had it sent to this store. Big mistake!! I ordered at 10am. Didn't hear anything about my order so at 12:30 I called GoWireless' customer service. They asked for my order # and they called the store. The phone rep was being very thorough asking me my Order #, which types of phones that were ordered etc... he came back to the phones after calling the store and they told me they had my order and the phones but they were busy and was waiting for it to process but should definitely be ready in 3 hours tops. I called again at 5:30 after still not hearing anything. The phone agent tried calling 3 times and couldn't get through to the store and told me to just go down there. That they should be ready but the store was probably to busy to call me back. So I drive 30 mins out of the way... 3 kids in tow during holiday traffic to go to the store. When I get there two young guys are standing at the counter not doing any and one other guy in the back is helping one customer. I talk to one of reps and told him I ordered my phone at 10 am for same day pick up and now it's 6:30 and am here to pick it up. The guy acted clueless as hell. Said he has nothing for the order. Remembers talking to customer service but cannot find anything for us. He was very unhelpful by far. Didn't offer to call verizonwireless or GoWireless. He had a tough luck attitude so here I am with my husband, three kids and trying to figure out why I did everything right, money out of my account for two phones but have no phones to pick up. I was really upset and after giving up, 45 mins later I left without my two phones. I feel lied and cheated. I'm still holding for Verizon for 51 mins now!!! read more
