And then transfer data from my wife's phone to my old phone. "No problem," he said. He got distracted by another customer. So I found another employee who said the same thing. As we were about to get started, he consulted a third employee who then revealed it would cost $30 per device. I decided to do it myself. Employee 2 said it's easy and explained that I just need to place the phones next to each other and follow onscreen prompts. I wondered then why they charge $30 if it's "so easy." So I went home. I started with my new phone first. several hours later and a few false starts with random error messages, I finally got all data transferred. However, my old phone, which became my wife's new phone, showed my old number. Well, I forgot entirely about SIM cards, having never had to touch them before. On day two, frustrated by why my old phone retained my old number, even though my new phone (using eSIM) also had the new number, I was back to scouring the web for help. Had any of my three friends at Verizon told me to switch the SIM cards in addition to transferring the date, all would have been well. Missed opportunity! Finding great service nowadays is getting seemingly more difficult. Hence my low score.

Well we decided to try it. The guy who helped us was nice but he was new And it seemed to take forever. He kept needing to ask for help and I get it if your new and need help but it was like 1.5+ hours of back and forth. He was really nice.. Everyone seemed nice with other customers that came in. they try to respect distance because of covid and have these plastic dividers on their tables that are somewhat useless since they have to show you their screens and come over to the other side. Everyone is wearing a mask and they have hand sanitizer everywhere. -1 star. Maybe it was our transaction that took long and that's why we were there forever or their system was really slow too. I just feel like it shouldn't take that long. Also, att needs to figure out their billing... why would it take a few billing cycles for credits to show up? Makes no sense but it's not the employees fault it's the companies. We went around 6pm and no one was in there. So maybe evening time is the best time to go.

She had us try out the phone/ipad prior to us leaving and made sure our questions were answered. Dana was super friendly and knowledgeable of our iPhone features. As a customer of T-mobile for over 15 years I went in to buy a new phone valued at over $1200…read more Entered the store to find I was the only customer along with 2 employees, neither employee would talk to me, they were busy talking and acted like I was not even in the store, when I finally asked them a question they gave me a short answer and it was clear they did not care if I bought a phone or not. I left and went to a competitor to buy the new phone I wanted. I cancelled my service with T-mobile over the phone to start new service with the new company then a few weeks later I see a charge on my debit account for another month of service from T-mobile even though I already canceled with them, called to find out why i'm being charged for a month of service I never used and was told that I canceled one day too late , I needed to cancel one day sooner to avoid the full 30 day charge, and that no one in the company could credit that charge back or make any changes due to the computer programing they were using. Really ??? a corporation worth MILLIONS needs to create weak underhanded rules to cheat the public out of $94.00 ??? Pathetic, needless to say I am done forever with this nonsense.

Plus those two locations charge more. The employee here was extremely nice and quick in fixing the phone. The price was very reasonable. They also warrantee the battery in case there's a problem in a couple of months. This is the place to go to get your phone fixed.

The workers are nice, but I wouldn't trust their technique/equipment with your $1400 phone. I took…read moremy phone in to have the back screen replaced, and they quoted 3 hours, however after 5 hours they called and said they would need to keep my phone for longer because it will no longer will turn on. After 3 days of them having my phone, I got it back and there was dust and grime in my camera, as well as etching marks. 3 days later, I tossed my phone onto my BED and the back was immediately shattered even worse than before. Do NOT bring your phone to this place for glass replacement.
