Came in on a Saturday, no acknowledgment, no eye contact, no "we'll be right with you", just 3 slow ass service reps, 2 of which were focused on ONE customer! It's a weekend, you need more reps and if you need to train your reps, the busy weekend is NOT the time to do it! A sign in sheet for customers (as I've seen other Verizon stores do), someone to greet customers and assess their needs, and faster service would really help this store run more efficiently. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS RETAILER. Julian and Isabella are fraudulent people. They didn't tell us that we would get $500 worth of rebate for switching from AT&T to Verizon, but instead made a bundle of accessories and said "you pay for these now and will get the money back later" (insinuating that the money we will receive is for the accessories). They told us it was a deal going on, but didn't tell us that if we don't buy the accessories we still get the $500 rebate. No mention of this rebate was even made. They knew exactly what they were doing. When I questioned Julian about it, he said "you're just mad you got played" and he said "this is how we sell our accessories." I am EXTREMELY upset and hope corporate will take action against him and Isabella. read more

So it was all good at first. Quick easy etc. Then my wife went in to take care of bringing her phone in for the trade. "Oh you can only do that the day of. You'll need to mail it in now." Nice job closing the sale and then stiffing us later. Also, she needed to switch her watch over from AT&T. The representatives in the store couldn't do it so they told us "you need to call this number." Oh they also didn't mention the activation fee that showed up on our bill. Following my review the manager reached out which was a nice gesture. They credited $40 for the activation due to the miscommunication. The other issues were mitigated already but they did offer to help. Every month we have had to call Verizon to fix our bill. It comes in at $300+ and we have to fight them down to $250 (which is still slightly more than we agreed to). This whole experience has been a nightmare. Probably going to pay for the phones, cancel and go back to AT&T. read more

Jocelyn is great! She helped me get my old phone that was having issues get replaced quickly. She was kind, caring, cool to talk to. Unfortunately after I left the store the Verizon representatives I had to talk to absolutely sucked and transferred me back and forth with different people and I got asked the same questions for 3 hours before I actually got my phone shipped.... To start ...Love all the staff was wearing masks and upon entering disinfecting gel was available, the 6ft apart rule, etc. Now, the best part service was superb at this store, Diana was extremely knowledgeable, professional and she went above and beyond for us. If zero stars was an option I would pick that. This store makes me want to not have Verizon all together. Several different instances make me not trust the employees. I was sold a screen protector for almost $100 and told I would have free replacements. I went into the store for a replacement and was told there would be a $20 charge for "shipping and handling. My cousins phone broke and upon going to see about an insurance claim we were told her damage was not covered by insurance and she would need to purchase a new phone. After going home with an unsettling feeling we called insurance and the phone is indeed covered but the employee incorrectly filed the claim so the phone wouldn't be covered. Never going to this location again! read more

Went here to switch service was told to wait by the manager Kevin Amodo because of a better deal would be coming out. So I waited and went back when he told me too and the price jumped higher. Place is garbage The whole purpose of me doing this was for my daughter's birthday to give her a new phone for her birthday. We sat there for an hour while the manager looked for our paperwork from my previous visit. Nothing bothers me more than sitting there with my daughter well she's got her hopes up just to be robbed for her 13th birthday present. I was so shocked to be waiting in line for awhile and in walks in a white lady who appears to want to cut the line. And to my surprise out of all people a African American gentleman provided her service. He Allowed her to cut the line. He could argue that she had a quick purchase but he never bothered to ask me or the others in line what we needed. Mine was quick as well- password reset! My husband went into this store yesterday to activate a device and was informed my iPhone 6 Plus would no longer work after December! News to me I haven't heard anything about this and suddenly my phone would supposedly stop working??? I even talked to the agent on the phone and she confirmed what she had said and even I guess pretended to contact customer support. Asked if I could trade my current phone in to hep pay for the new one and she responded no because they will have no value. After 3 hours and ruining our night. We decided to wait till the next morning to figure out what we wanted to do, not to excited about having to buy a phone this close to Christmas. Next day I was browsing the Verizon website and saw that they were still selling my current model. So I contacted Verizon support my self and this is what they said! " currently at this time we do not have ANY official release from Apple stating which Apple devices will no longer be supported, what sounds like the agent in store was trying to get you to purchase a new device from her. I do apologize about that however your device should remain active as we do not have information on the above statement released from Apple. We will be filing a complaint with the branch manager. read more

Went in to add a phone onto an account with military and firefighter discount added on. They charged me 20$ to activate my line. I look at the next bill and there is an additional 80$ worth of activation fees for the following month on top of the 55$ per month on my line. I called in and they told me they would do 20$ off of a 40 dollar activation fee. Just go to the store in Stockton to save money. They didn't mention anything or give me any info about any additional fees. read more

We visited the Victra store on lower Sacramento rd in Lodi, CA store yesterday to buy an iPhone on our Verizon plan. First of all, Sarah K tried told us it would be $275 out the door today. We thought we were paying for sales tax on the phone and the activation fee. However, when we were ready to check out she grabs a cell phone case, screen protector and wall block all of which we didn't ask for. I asked was the sales tax was, she said 9% of the price of the phone ($1000) ok so that's roughly $90 where is the other $185? oh that's the bundle price for the accessories. We declined once we figured out the accessories were optional and paid the $88 we thought was the sales tax however upon review of the invoice we were charged $58 sales tax and $29.99 for a Set UP and Go Service Smart phone fee-which is her turning on the phone and handing it to us. We are already paying a $35 activation fee to Verizon on our next bill on top of the $30 fee that Sarah K. snuck in without telling us. We had a $513 credit from Verizon which was credit so the sales tax was 8.25 of roughly $710 ($58) not 9% of $1000 that she quoted us. So I called Victra customer service who put me through to a manager at the Victra store who apologized that we were not made aware of what we were being charged for. I told him about the $30 Setup & Go fee he said that is a fee that is charged to all customers who buy phones from their store..."they have to keep the lights on" is what he said to me exactly. I asked him if Verizon charged this at actual Verizon stores and he said "No, they do not". This place is a total scam and they are ruining the Verizon name. read more

One man work here no helpful in trying to resolve customers problem. There was a man who worked T-Mobile before, his attitude was really bad, face like frozen. He doesn't understand anything about business, I also asked about my account information, he said he can't see any information about my account, he looks like hasn't want to tell me anything. I said ok, could you. Help me call customer service, he said you can call, I asked him help me to make a call, he was same as saying you can call. What his meant 'you can call'? If my own to solve the problem, why I still came to the store. He was no smile, no talk, every time I have to talk first, feel really bad that day. I bought phone on that day, when I left he has not a word of greeting. Probably that was the reason he was fired from T-Mobile. He is not helpful in trying to resolve customers problem, no more next to this store, even I go some Verizon store else, but not this. read more

My wife and I were looking to port our AT&T phones and iPad mini to Verizon and didn't have the iPad with us. Arnold was able to manipulate our phones and find all the pertinent information. It was a long process which took a couple of hours to get things done and be on our way. Arnold was very helpful as was Kevin. I went into the store to inquire about a business account the manager linda greeted me at the door I wasn't planning on switching but she definitely answered all my questions and gave me an amazing deal. Transferred all our information on our phones and kept us entertained while getting all our five lines transferred. Pleasant experience will definitely recommend this Verizon store in town !!!
