Two cans of empty soup cans and a some twill have a better cell / WiFi signal than where he's staying. I walked into the T-Mobile store and Mymy and George were ready to help. Mymy did all the heavy lifting and George fetched the hotspot from the back room. Mymy set up the hotspot and provide all the details I needed to know as the hotspot was not returning home with us. The whole process was simple and quick. I want to thank Mymy and George for tackling my issue and providing a swift resolution that will allow my brother-in-law to be in contact with his family while hospitalized. Thanks to Mymy and George, my brother-in-law doesn't need to use the hospitals soup cans to make a call as he has T-Mobile's 5G service and a hotspot with unlimited data.

I've been buying batteries of all sort from this company for a longtime. I have multiple off road…read moreatv's for the property use and enjoyment. I needed another battery for one of the quads. I had purchased the current one needing replacing in 2021. I went on line to there site and entered the model type of the battery. The page popped up with the price and limited stock, so I printed it up and gave them a call. I told the associate that I had seen it online and verified the price and asked if they had one in stock. After a moment he came back I said he had one. I told him I'd be down in about 30 min. to get it. After arriving the battery had been filled and tested for voltage and checked out. After he rung it up the price was $72.99 I showed him the print out and it had $57.99 He said that was for internet only. After returning home I pulled it up and at the top is a little banner that states that. So $80.48 for the battery and a drive to Stockton wasn't worth it. Loyalty to some businesses don't mean squat to some anymore. Needless to say it will be the last battery I buy from them so enjoy the xtra $15.00 you squeezed me for. Another 20+ years of me buying batteries for all our equipment will far exceed what you made today. Terrible customer service!

I feel like it's harder and harder to get customer service of any kind. And so it was refreshing to walk into a store, have a very helpful associate, even though they weren't getting paid.

Making a joke about an 9 year old Nintendo game being full price was met with immediate hostility, as if the employee worked for Nintendo itself. He told me that the price would never drop and it shouldn't, so I should just accept it. What a jerk. I'll buy it online for $10 cheaper, as much as I like to support local employees, I don't want to support a store that hires aggressive staff.

Hmm who knows....maybe a return on this slow day?? But that didn't stop them from acknowledging me. I really just wanted an exchange since I bought the shoes exactly 30 days ago and needed to exchange before the time was up. I DID not have my receipt present but Camilo took care of the situation. Unfortunately they did not have the size I originally needed and was sent over to the other sister location in the same mall. Although I had no receipt he still made an exception and called the other store to notify them. Awesome! Now a days is really hard to get anything exchanged without proof of purchase, so I was stoked they honored my purchase.
