Horrible experience this morning at your store. I've been to this Verizon store on several occasions and experienced excellent customer service. On my visit 2 months ago, I was helped by Susan and she provided me with an excellent service. Today, 11/20/25 around 1030 am my dad go into the store to get some assistance. The person working (heavy set hispanic male) was not interested in helping with a phone problem. He quickly told my dad that phone needs to be replaced and had no interest to helping. What an absolute joke. I came in and activated 3 lines as a new customer, I didn't have I didn't have my sons phone with me at the time so I was just given the SIM card to install. I installed the SIM card and found out it was defective so I came in the next day with the phone and explained the card wasn't working to which to employee informed me that I would need to spend another $10 for a SIM card even though the one I had just purchased the day before was defective. I went to Verizon store off Kettleman and lower sac and they made the situation right for me no questions asked. I will not be giving my Business to the Reynolds ranch store anymore in the future. read more

The young woman was condescending and unhelpful and she acted like she wanted to avoid working altogether. I visited the store because I was looking for an alternative to our AT&T family plan for my daughter and I. The sales guy gave me a flyer and explained how I could save nearly $80 a month by paying off my AT&T phones and switching to their plan. I return to the store a day later after paying off my phones to learn from a different sales guy that the first guy didn't know what he was talking about and I would actually have to pay more to sign up for their plan than my current AT&T family plan. I was pointed to some very fine print on their marketing piece that could not be read without a magnifying glass and received no apology for the mis-representation I got from their coworker. All parties in this exchange were poorly trained and incapable of pitching their products or addressing their customers. read more

Beware of this Dealer, I urge you to NOT shop here, AGAIN DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS.. They don't tell you about all the hidden fees you get tell you get your phone bill than when you go to return something they give you a receipt that says refund but they knowingly charge you instead of refunding you. This place is giving Verizon a very bad rap. I have filed a dispute and forwarded all my receipt to California Public Utility Commission let them deal with them. I have added the receipt so you can see it's shows Zero for tablet activation fee when in fact they charged me$40.00 than you will see a $41.75 refund well that turns out to be a charge. I swore up-and-down I would never enter these doors again but since it's under new management and the store manager Chris is there I will do business with this store Again. I came into this store yesterday with my appointment at 1 to try and trade in and purchase a new phone. Upon entering the one associate in the store was helping another gentleman and I proceeded to wait. It was a complicated long process for the person in front of me but Neto, the sales associate, was so helpful friendly and though outside the box to get the guy the best deals and set him and his pregnant wife with the phones they wanted and into Verizon instead of sucky sprint. Mind you I realized it was going to take a while, but about two hours in the manager, Chris came into the store. He was not friendly, welcoming or helpful. He didn't even offer to help me as he sat there just looking. Neto reached out to him a few times and his responses were curt and just unreal! I really hopped on yelp because I spent 4 hours at that store and just noticed such unprofessionalism from him. And HE IS THE MANAGER. At one point she asked him for help and he was like just help your customer, then I spoke up and was like "excuse me you're the manager, can you please help her you see her multitasking like what the hell?" This is after he didn't know the numbers for her to reach out to, to help me with my trade in, which didn't even happen and he wouldn't even work with me to find a resolution for the issue. So unprofessional and unfriendly. My boyfriend came in towards the end to pick me up and was shocked by his behavior as well. Neto you are amazing I am so grateful for people like you in the customer service world that help a stressful expensive and long experience so pleasant rewarding and left with a huge smile. Promise one thing, then your bill states something completely different and outrageously expensive. Would give 0 stars if possible. They took advantage of my 85 year old grandparents and refused to make things right. My grandparents have been verizon customers for 25 years. They went in to get new flip phones since theirs stopped working. They were told they didn't carry flip phones anymore, failing to mention they could still order them to the store. Instead they sold my grandparents two smart phones. My grandma has rheumatoid arthritis (very obvious hands deformation) and has zero chance of working a touch screen. They also didn't explain to my grandparents that the $250 they paid was only tax and fees and they were actually paying for the phones over two years with their plans. After 3 days of not being able to work the phone I took my grandparents in to return the phones. Since both phones had been dropped they refused to exchange the phones for a flip phones but said they would call me the next day. Of course he never called and when I came back in store he said he did call but didn't get an answer, doubt it! He then confirmed he wouldn't help us. Literally the next day, my grandma fell in a parking lot, broke her hip, and had to lay there until someone found her and used her phone to call for help. I really wish I was making this up for dramatic effect but unfortunately this really happened. read more
