Do not reccomend this store at all!!! My son went in for his phone he has had for less than 5 months that doesnt charge correctly. They verified with their own cords that 2 out of 3 did not work but told him it was "fine" and then claimed that it was refurbished so they couldn't do anything. Just spent a half an hour on with customer service, they were able to confirm that it is in fact not refurbished and as such is covered under the manufacturers warranty (we bought directly from the T mobile website as a new phone). T-Mobile 5g has brought me such a sense of nostalgia and allows me to see a side of the internet that no other modern service can provide. When I'm trying to load a webpage, I get that wave of nostalgia that brings me right back to 1995 when you'd try to open your browser while someone was making a phone call. Truly remarkable that a page with absolutely no images and only text can take so long to load. Look how far we've come! And did you know that almost all apps have a cute little graphic to let you know that they've timed out? I didn't know that! Thanks to T-Mobile, I can experience this on apps from Amazon to Zillow. If you would've told me 30 years ago that the internet would cost so much and have absolutely no improvements, I wouldn't have believed you. For instance, it's windy out right now and while I'm unsure how that affects satellite internet, somehow I don't know if this review will even post. But seriously, their service is trash. Satellite is glorified dial-up. Spring for Comcast. Paying T-Mobile for their internet access to save money isn't worth all the time you'll waste waiting for stuff to load or power cycling your router because you're not sure if the internet is down or not. read more

Highly disappointed and would not recommend T-mobile to anyone! I have went into this location several times requesting to lower my bill and change my due date to better match up with my pay dates and have been told multiple times that I can't, or the same stupid phrase "oh if you use Autopay it will save you $5.00" after trying for several months feeling literally forced against my will to make it work,I decided to give the customer chat a try! It was so much more helpful she was able to lower my bill by $75.00 which is a tremendous help ( paying $155 for one line is absolutely outrageous!!!!) however it will not take into effect next month which does not help me at all, after paying that outrageous bill for months on in when I specifically told them it DIDN'T work for me I still need to pay one last month is a big slap to the face! Not even interested in even continuing with the plan she gave me moving forward. I believe that the sales guy get some kind of commission for these outrageous bills because I don't understand why they refused to help! read more

I walked in today to activate my new phone and to transfer all my stuff as well. I was dreading it at first because I thought it was going to take a long time. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and helped right away by Michael. He not only helped me with everything I needed, he also was able to save me some money and get my bill lowered. Worst waiting period. Arrived at 650pm and wasn't even greeted or asked if I needed anything. Been a loyal tmobile customer and I have never had this experience. It's now 730pm and still haven't been helped or acknowledged. Only two employees working and I just walked out. Another patron walked out as well with the same compliant. read more
