My phone was off network for two days stuck on SOS and no one can figure out what it was finally a young girl at the store told me that it could be my iCloud account and to go to Apple The weird thing was they were really trying to help me before someone in the back maybe their manager came out and then they started trying to sell me an iPad an Apple Watch or a phone case and I told him I'm sorry no I really need to get my phone fixed before. I can't even think about buying thing, I don't need right now. Long story short I left after they told me to go to Apple. I went up the road to Fern Creek T-Mobile which I highly recommend because they actually try to do everything they possibly can for their customers not even 10 minutes later I was out the door with my phone working and the issue solved. Mount Washington t-Mobile should just shut down if all they're trying to do is sell and not help their customers with their T-Mobile issues and service.

Today was an experience (March 16, 2024 at 5:07PM) Myan & Mia are hands down AMAZING. PERIOD. They care and will not cram services on your line that you don't need. If those two aren't working, leave and come back when they do. 3/16/24 , I went in to the store to make a payment on my Equipment Installment Plan and ask a question about the bill; on the app, it was showing I had 9 installments left, but 22 credits remaining - that didn't make any sense. While on the way there, Myan & Jena had previously ordered Girl Scout cookies, so I brought those on this trip; multi-tasking at it's finest. Myan took my two payments for 2 different EIPs, both cash AND called into CARE and we figured out what was going on with the credits being mismatched. All was well, and I left the store. Upon leaving the store, I hear my name called and it's the new manager, Daniel. He proceeds to tell me that I'm no longer allowed in the store as I am hurting their CONVERSION and I was soliciting with GIRL SCOUT COOKIES. I'm sorry, what? I said but I'm a paying customer and have been for years, I haven't done anything, he said he was told by Kristen Hickey & Emily Zapata that I was banned from the store. That customers like me hurt their conversion and it didn't matter, I would need to go to another store to make EIP payments. I asked him to repeat that for me on film, and he sure did. Avoid this place. If you're not buying they don't want you in the store, cause it hurts their "conversion" and it is a door swing that is unnecessary. Be careful, cause they will have to call and talk to executive management to upgrade your sale and put everything and the kitchen sink on your account. If you are NOT buying and dressing your phone they will tell you that a phone isn't in stock and to go elsewhere. SHADY practices have taken over as they are letting all the ethical employees go. I immediately called the stores in Fern Creek and the new location in Shepherdsville - they are CORPORATE OWNED. Was advised they have gotten countless complaints about the Mount Washington location and how other customers have been treated as well. They are encouraging clients to change stores and/or go to Apple. Here's the deal, I worked at this store when it was under Mobile Advantage, so we know this community. There are tons of bill paying customers only and to have this attitude towards customers is awful customer service. This store HAS always been amazing until the recent buyouts in the past year and the smalltown service mentality has gone out the window with the new franchise. 7/8/24: Have been advised that since this interaction, which has been escalated to corporate and now part of their class action lawsuit (oh and Arch the former owners of this location have sold it off) that the manager Daniel has consistently continued to berate and gossip about this interaction with customers. Audio of the conversations that he's had with those customers has been forward to corporate as well. 8/6/24: CUSTOMERS -- did you know that you can go directly to Apple and upgrade your phone? Had no clue, until the Fern Creek corporate store advised me since the model I needed was not in stock. You can and they do NOT work on commission. The Apple Care is cheaper ($9.99) than Asurion ($18) , AND Apple has better options for phone selection and more information on devices. ALL phones and accessories can still be added on your phone plan for Equipment Installment. Take the trip to Apple and enjoy a low key upgrade experience with no pressure and no lies told.

It was the same thing every year, call them up and tell them that my bill was too high and then they would enact some discounts that would save me about $30 a month but were only good for a year. So the next year I'd have to call them up and do it all over again. Well last November when I called to complain about my bill they refused to lower the rate. I guess that now they're a part of AT&T they are unwilling to negotiate on price. So I decided to try switching to DISH. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! DISH suckers you in with their low initial rate but then once you add in extra packages to get what you want it ends up costing MUCH more. I believe their current introductory package starts off at $39. Sounds pretty good right? But wait, you want local channels? Well that's not included. You have to pay an extra $10 a month for that. Who the hell doesn't want local channels?!?! You want a DVR? That's extra also. You have 2 TV's? Yep there's an extra charge for that too. So my monthly bill ended up being $70 a month. That's quite a jump from $39 but still better than I was getting with DirecTV so I decided to go for it. The phone operator told me about the 2 year contract and I told him, "Hey wait a minute. I'm not signing up for 2 years when I haven't even tried your service out yet." I forget what he told me exactly but he definitely gave me the impression that I could cancel if I didn't like the service. When the DISH installer came out to set up my equipment I also asked him about a trial period and he told me I had 30 days to cancel. So everything was going OK until the day of the Super Bowl. We missed the end of the game so I tried to find highlights on ESPN only to find out the package I had did not include ESPN!!!! I called up DISH and was told, "If you want sports channels, that's an extra $10 a month." Gimme a break. What a scam! So now I'd have to pay $80 a month for pretty much basic cable. No pay channels like HBO. I just wanted the standard stuff like Food Network, HGTV, ESPN. So the next higher package was $84 a month and included ESPN but took away DIY and Cooking Channel!!!!! How frickin lame!!! So now I wasn't saving money over DirecTV anymore and decided to cancel the service. I had DISH send out the installer to remove their DISH and take their boxes back. To top it all off now they're trying to charge me a $500 early termination fee even though 2 people at their company told me their was a trial period!! I have filed a complaint with the Denver Better Business Buereau and I will be taking DISH to small claims court if they refuse the waive the fee. Stay far away from this company people. Their channel packages are completely predatory and set up so that the only way you can get the channels you want is to pay for the expensive plans.

Received an email that he/she wouldn't arrive until 8:30-9:15 PM. Who does that?!? He wouldn't even be able to see what needed done outside. Called Dish several times AND used the app chat. No one can give me an explanation. I asked for a bill credit since the tech never showed by 5 pm. Of course I was denied.
