I came into the store to upgrade my phone, I was preciously a Sprint customer, I had an AMAZING experience. I wish I would have gotten the ladies name, the person that helped me, but she was seriously AMAZING. I got $70 off of my bill, IF YOU WERE A SPRINT CUSTOMER: GO TO TMOBILE AND SWITCH YOUR PLAN. I assumed that because the companies merged, my plan was updated and it was not. I learned Sprint was charging me $71 in "lease" fees even AFTER my devices were paid off!!!!!!!! All three employees were literally so kind and knowledgable. I also had a four year old child with me that they were so nice to. (I was there from 10:15 AM-12:30 PM). My husband phone broke (got wet) and went to this location to get a new one. The store opened 15-20 mins late. People were outside waiting. The sales manager and the employee my husband received for help acted like they had no desire to work or do anything. They never greeted anyone when you walked in. They took the sim card out of my husband phone and gave him a new one it the box and said NOTHING. This is his first iphone. They didn't set it up for him or give him any instructions. So tempted to go back to Verizon because they have very good customer service as well as knowledgeable and PROFESSIONAL employees. This place was a complete embarrassment. read more

The guy I personally worked with had no idea what he was talking about, lied, couldn't fix my issue AND messed my whole plan up and charged it over $100 ! I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years. Recently, I visited a store to upgrade my phone. The salesperson asked to take my phone, assuring me it would help speed things up. Without my knowledge or consent, she opened a T-Mobile credit card using my phone. She took advantage of my trust when I handed over my device. I consider this a serious violation -- essentially accessing my personal information and interfering with my finances without permission. I was shocked and extremely upset by this experience. My advice to other customers: do not hand over your phone at a T-Mobile store. What happened to me could easily happen to someone else in the push to open credit cards for profit. Asked I was here for and I said i needed to activate the two new phones.this kid had a blank look on his face. He asked for my temporarily phone numbers and I told him I didn't receive those. weird how they can't do all of their customer service in store. had an issue where they installed the wrong numbers on the wrong phones. no hate to the girl who was helping us out (she was very sweet and this was not her fault), but the other line they had to call in order to fully switch over the phones caused an hour long headache. management should not make basic services so reliant on foreign help lines, especially if they are unhelpful :( avoid coming here!!! read more

Previous store manager we had such success with us gone. Told there have been 3 managers since then. No one seems to know what is going on or is able to communicate effectively. No system knowledge and no people skills. They were not able to perform a simple phone swap. Quite a disappointment. read more

These guys are a damn joke. They answer the phone like they don't give a rats ass about their job, and then start huffing and puffing when you ask additional questions. Zero intelligence involved in their answers and try to get you off the phone asap so they can go back to scrolling on their company phone at the desk. Waste of time every time I've been to this location. Absolutely terrible experience at this t-mobile location. When we walked into the store there were two sales associates on the floor. Neither of which greeted my husband and I upon walking in. One had a customer with them at the time, the other did not. Several minutes went by before one of the sales associates yelled from across the room if we needed help. Of course we do, that's why we're here. When we finally had the opportunity to speak with a sales associate, we were inquiring about leaving our existing carrier (AT&T), he mentioned a lot of different promotions going on. One being that T-mobile would give us a $650 gift card towards paying off our phone at AT&T. The other that we could receive $850 towards a new phone at T-mobile. We only activated one line for my husband and we're excited that we would essentially be able to pay off our phone with our existing carrier upon coming to T-Mobile. When we got the first months bill, we were never credited for our new phone at T-Mobile nor did they pay off our bill at att. The sales associate also activated 6 lines to our account and our bill was $300 more than expected. Wouldn't go to this location for anything. They don't know what they're doing and do some shady stuff behind the scenes. read more

I just had the same thing that happened to Pascal happen to me. The sales reps and the store manager Kenny are crooks and scam artists. I some have the name of the store reps, but I will leave another review with their names. I walked in the store Saturday to change my screen protector. The sale reps proceeds to inform me that I qualify for a free tablet and a free apple watch. I told them that I didn't need it but they continued to persuade me. They said, "its free, why not." I can not believe they continue to just get away with lying to their customers. I think of the people who just don't know any better. This is unbelievable. Today, I asked the store managerto examine the footage because not once did they say it was going to cost me anything, nevertheless 450 plus 150 plus a service charge per item! This is a joke. . They scammed me and wasted my time on Saturday and today. I just went back on my bill, and I realized they did some similar bogus shenanigans when I bought my phone they also slid in other products. They are a scam artist. I will make sure the general manager Walid investigates what is going on and get to the bottom of it. They need repercussions. This place is a joke. Crook of a manager and sales rep. Like what makes you two think you can just get away with lying and stealing as a sales strategy? I know you have to make a dollar but please make that dollar in an honest way and not lying and sliding in products and accessories that the customer didn't ask for. I will never return to this franchised T-Mobile location. My dad and I were treated poorly. We needed to get my dad's new phone set up. As we were being "helped".... the female T-Mobile associate was rude while responding to me by simply just asking questions about the process. It was clear to us that we were bothering her just by walking in the store. The supposed "store manager" Drew cussed in front of us as he was mocking the customer who walked out after their bad experience with them, right before us. The "store manager" Drew didn't apologize for cussing or making fun of another customer right in front of us! He then decided to mock me after I confronted him. I then asked for my dad's phone back and told them we were leaving. Drew threatened to call the cops on US!!! Just for confronting him and wanting to leave. All three employees were completely unprofessional, unknowledgeable, rude and ignorant. Especially Drew. We headed to the corporate T-Mobile Shelbyville Rd store where were treated with kindness and professionalism by Mike and Roland. Had a really good experience here yesterday! Went to add a line and buy a new phone and although there were some issues with their computer loading the application and scanning the new sim card, the customer service rep did a great job at handling the situation and not letting her frustration show. The rep was also honest about the different plans and phone specs and made sure we got the best deal. read more

C'mon, guys. I walked into your store twice within the span of three weeks. Each time, I was greeted (sort of) by apathetic staff. The second time, I came in ready to buy a new iPhone. Another vendor had a far (far!) better deal than T-Mobile, so I would not have ended up purchasing from the store anyway but, as a loyal customer, I came in to get the scoop from T-Mobile first. I certainly did not feel like the staff member helping me wanted my business in any way shape or form, though. Guys. If you're bored, you're boring. I don't need leaping lords and ladies when I walk in, but a welcoming smile and an ambiance of anything other than can't-help-you-are-you-going-to-leave-already-or-what? would be appreciated.
