I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Verizon location today…read more After spending hours on the phone with Verizon Customer Service, I was specifically sent to this store for an 11:00 a.m. appointment to get help with my phone. I arrived with my 2-year-old and was met by the store manager, Jamal, who told me, "All I can do is sell you a new phone." I then had to get back on the phone with Verizon and spend another 50 minutes on hold while receiving no assistance from Jamal. What made the experience even more frustrating was watching him enthusiastically help new customers with purchases and activations. At one point, he even contacted Verizon Support and asked them to "expedite" assistance for a new customer while I continued to sit there waiting with a hungry, crying 2-year-old. When I expressed my frustration to the Verizon representative I was speaking with, Jamal became extremely unprofessional and told me I could "throw my tantrum outside." That comment was completely unnecessary and unacceptable, especially coming from a store manager. Another customer in the store actually approached me while I was crying to offer sympathy and acknowledge how frustrating the situation must have been. The fact that another customer showed more empathy than the store manager says a lot about this experience. I completely understand that it was not Jamal's fault that Verizon Customer Service sent me to his store. However, there is a significant difference between not being able to solve a problem and being unwilling to show basic empathy or make an effort to help. As a loyal Verizon customer, I left feeling like customers who were generating a new sale were valued, while someone simply needing support was an inconvenience. I hope Verizon takes this feedback seriously. Customer service should extend beyond the customers who are making a purchase that day.

He suspected it was a board inside the phone. Said it could cost up to $300. Went to Best Buy and bought another phone but they couldn't transfer any data because I didn't have the password necessary to do that. After having a blank phone and none of my data, I decided to go back to CPR and pay whatever it would take to get my old phone working again. A different gentleman by the name of Jeremy was there. I explained the whole story to him. He took my old phone to the back and came out a few minutes later and said, "It's fixed". What?! You're kidding! "It was a simple fix", he said. All for only $35. Sometimes it just depends on who you talk to. I'm so glad I decided to go back there. Kudos to Jeremy. He really knows his stuff!

I went to CPR to get my Mac's screen replaced after (I thought) extensively vetting it and deciding…read morethat it was my best local option. The pros: The staff is all incredibly nice! Seriously a great customer service experience. But, well, I didn't go to CPR to hang out with nice people, I went to get my screen replaced. When I first came in, I was quoted a specific turnaround time, and I decided to stick with CPR because, even though that turnaround time wasn't ideal, it was workable. Given that the broken device was my Mac, which I use for work as a freelancer, every day I had to wait for the repair cost me money, but I understand that repairs take time. Unfortunately, the promised date came and went, and my device wasn't fixed. I gave it an extra two days, then checked in again--and my device still wasn't fixed. When it was finally ready, I dropped everything to pick it up, then drove home to test it...and it wouldn't work. It turned out that they had messed up while reassembling it, and I had to take it back in to fix their mistake--but the tech was heading out for the day, so I had to wait until the tech came back in the next day. Another day of lost work. On top of that, due to CPR Loveland's location in Centerra, there's an additional tax on all purchases that really adds up on costly repairs like, say, a Mac screen repair. In fairness, this is noted on a small flyer in the store, but I would definitely have appreciated it if it had been noted during my initial quote, because it really adds up! In sum: Absolutely nothing against the folks at CPR personally. But if you're looking for timely, effective, affordable work from a store with clear communication, this might not be the place for you.

I had an M1 iPad repaired here and the experience wasn't good. They took a week to repair it since…read morethey had to order the charging port. However, when I told them to test the device, it failed to charge twice. The manager had to come in and show that the device could charge. One day later, I try to plug it into the dock and nothing. Seems that they repaired the charging port enough to take charge but not send data. While they haven't done terribly, I am disappointed in their service and will look to other competitors.
