Yesterday i went into verizon in mililani, hi to pick up a phone i preordered. There were 3 workers and 2 of them were helping other customers. I wasnt greeted and i stood there for a good 35 minutes. As soon as a new customer walked in, an employee named jenson loo helped them and ignored me still standing there, then a soldier came in and again jenson helped him in buying a phone and i was still ignored. i got so upset and walked out. we went back later and got the managers card and just so happens jenson is the manager and now i dont know how to file a complaint read more

Buyer Beware! It depends who you speak to and different information comes from different individuals. The first sales person advised me to get a Samsung while I wait for the new I-phone to come in. He told the fee is only about $30. When I went in to pick up the I-phone I was told I now need to pay $190 for the rental of the Samsung + $1000 for the I-phone. When I asked the store manager, I think his name is Jason, I thought it would cost me $30 for a month?? His responds was, Well you are 3 days too late and only under extreme circumstance we will give an exception. I do not plan to buy the I-phone nor any devices from this store in the future. read more

First off, i was just going into pay my bill and was quirious to know if I could to my upgrades at this location. Jason then told me that I can. I've always gone to the Pearl Highlands, a corporate store, to upgrade our phones. Jason explained the difference between gowireless and a corporate store. He made me feel comfortable enough that I went along and upgraded my phone and will be back with my family to do the rest. Because they are a premium retailer, they offer a program the gives me exclusive deals. Also I don't ever have to buy another glass screen protector for my phone again! Although wait times can be painfully long, I would definitely recommend this Jason to all of my friends and family. read more

So I've been with Verizon for a while, I love the service I'm pretty sure I can get my 4g network in a cave. Legit that's how good verizon is. So I used to have a galaxy 6 which I loved so much but upgraded to a note 5. Biggest mistake ever. Anyways I keep having problems with my phone and usually go to the Verizon in town and they would do everything for me. Since I was in walking distance I figure I should have my phone checked because it's been annoying me so much. I walk in and immediately I am greeted by two workers. I let them know what's going on and they happily check out my phone no questions asked (if you go to other verizon stores they ask the loads of questions before servicing you) So I am being helped by two workers not sure if they were training but they were both very friendly and we had small talk. While waiting for them to check out my phone they do find out that something is wrong with it and on a sticky note writes the phone number of the manufacturer and tells me to call them so that they can assist me. BUT I thought I'm at Verizon can't you just do it for me? That made me realize the other verizon locations spoil me because they usually do everything for me. The guy says no that I have to call the # on the sticky and they can assist me. Confused I walked out and called the # which was WRONG. I though I was being dyslexic and called again but nope the # was wrong. I was already in the car and just thought whatever at least I know something is wrong with my phone and I'll be going back to my usual verizon where they pamper and spoil me . So I got my answer questioned that something was wrong with my phone unfortunately I was not able to get help with replacing my phone. 2 stars for this location for having sweet workers but -3 for having me do it myself. read more

It's pretty unbelievable just how arrogant this manager is. Unbelievable. I would take the drive to Pearl City any day. What I cannot understand is why the owner would want this manager representing his product. It's the "I'm the man, and you're nothing" attitude that kills me. I have had several dealings with this young man, but hope to never again. Fire him, or at the very least send him to a class on how to deal with his customers. read more

So my update on this business is as follows. Just went to an Verizon store to pay my bill and found out that we weren't the only ones that got screwed by this store. Apparently one lady was flat out lied to by the manager. Learned that many people are complaining about this GoWireless store but other than yours truly, no one is complaining to corporate about it. Please, you want to avoid a headache? Don't patronize this store. read more

Recently stopped in to switch carriers and was surprised that I actually end up paying less and am now getting much better coverage. About this location though, it is very small and it has a very limited selection for accessories and phone options/colors. When we arrived it was still 2 hours from closing but due to issues with my previous carrier and problems with retrieving passwords from an old account I used to have, I ended up being there until half an hour past closing. Now, that is not a complaint because even when it was nearing closing the guy setting everything up said he would just stay and close up if it got too late so the other worker could leave. When closing time passed, instead of trying to rush my wife and I out of the store, he informed us that there was a deal for in store credit and then pulled up the store site so that we could order from it if they didn't have what we wanted currently in stock. I know other reviews mention poor management at this location but the employee Jason was more than helpful and seemed to really enjoy assisting us. read more

I've worked in retail for years. I have also purchased my share of cell phones. When my life long friend and I went to Verizon yesterday and she realized she could upgrade her phone, we were not expecting anything more than a simple transaction. Once the manager (Garrett Lee), my friend and I started talking (about phones but also about life) right away we felt at ease. Garrett did something everyone else in sales should take note on: he took the time to talk with us, to get to know us, to get to know him. He was not just making a pitch but genuinely took the time to understand us. Pretty soon it felt like we were connecting with an old friend. This is exactly the customer experience everyone needs. Saying my life long friend is satisfied with her iPhone 6 is an understatement. It's the service we had in making that decision that goes far beyond her satisfaction. I concur with the review that Amber gave. The supervisor is very arrogant. Know that this store is not an official verizon store but a distributor so they'll charge you things that a real verizon store doesn't. For example I have 3 lines and my wife got a new 5s so we shifted her phone to my phone number my phone to my kids number and got rid of my kids old phone. They tried to charge me for it! Like $20. So I passed on it and told them that I would just swap SIM cards and they were insistent that it wasn't going to work which was bs because it did work. Just this week I bought an iPhone 5 off craigslist and asked them to trim my normal size SIM card to a nano and they again insisted it would not work and tried to charge me for a nano SIM card. Again I passed. While at tmobile with my mom I asked them to trim my card even though I don't have service with them and they did and it worked fine. Go wireless is shamelessly trying to rip you off for services a real verizon store would do for free. Oh and lastly if you are trying to buy a new phone they only have like 4 operational phones. The other 15 phones are plastic shells. That's freakin pathetic. I gave them 2 stars because they did look up an IMEI for me for free and discovered that an iPhone was stolen. Other then that Don't waste your time and just drive to the Pearl City Verizon store. read more
