    IF YOU WANT DETAILS , AVOID BRANDON…read more This place was fantastic in the long-run, but be careful of feeling duped. Tranee was AWESOME, but we only had to see her because Brandon made us feel like we were tricked into a deal and our tentative bill didn't match up with what he said whatsoever. The numbers ended up right in the end (which is after the return policy), but Brandon did a horrendous job trying to explain it and left us feeling very skeptical. Bottom line, ask for Tranee. The only reason I can't give a 5-star is that Brandon couldn't adequately explain the very complex deal we had agreed upon. We walked in looking to switch services on my phone. Brandon posed a great deal which was borderline-unbelievable. We specifically asked how that deal was possible and asked to be shown the line-by-line details. His response was to type in rounded numbers on his calculator and say "yeah, that's how much it'll be". We pressed further and asked for a line-item breakdown of how it would look on the bill and Brandon said he couldn't do that until after the company processed the transaction. Stupidly, we took the deal anyway, knowing we had 14 days to return. The next day, my wife and I reviewed the projected next bill and noticed not only that we were getting charged much more than expected, but that very few of the line items we were quoted with from Brandon matched what the bill said. My wife went back three days later and spoke to Tranee to ensure everything was good, and to try to return the unnecessary services we felt we had been duped into by Brandon. Tranee spent quite a bit of time doing exactly what we had asked Brandon to do initially, breaking down the costs line-by-line (her preferred method was Post-It notes, which I can relate to), and then recommending that they call Verizon customer service while my wife was still in the store. Between Tranee and the customer service rep on the phone, it was determined that Brandon's estimate had been correct all along. The problem was that we never got that warm-and-fuzzy feeling when Brandon neglected to take the time to explain everything adequately enough, and it took a second visit with the wonderful and attentive Tranee to actually get exactly what we wanted. If you go into the store, ask for Tranee. If she's not there and you get Brandon instead, force him to explain everything because he won't offer it up on his own, then ask for a manager if you aren't satisfied with his answers.
