HORRIBLE customer service. I was called to come to the location to drop off a damaged phone that I filed a claim on. The young lady on the phone called me to inform me that she had all the information that was needed to complete my claim and that I needed to bring the phone in for them to look at the phone and to close out the phone as damaged. She stated they will not be fixing the phone. She stated that Amazon would complete the rest. When I arrived, there was a caucasian guy at the counter. He looks at the phone and looks at the computer and says, "we need the manufacture number of this phone". I asked how do I find that? He stated to look at the purchase receipt or ask T-mobile. I showed him both pieces of information and he then shows me the screen and says well there's nothing he can do because the phone won't power on (it was damaged) and he can't bypass the screen. When I looked at the screen, he could clearly put the IMEI number in the computer and move on to complete the claim. This guy clearly did not want to help me. He then says well you can call amazon for the number, or you can go online and pay like $1 to get the information because we can't do anything without that number. I then asked to speak to the young lady that I had spoken to on the phone earlier. He insisted on not letting me speak to her and then threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave. Not one time did I raise my voice or was irate. I explained to him that I have done nothing to have police to be called on me I only asked to speak with the lady that called me to come to this location. After going back and forth with this guy asking him to speak with the lady and him refusing, a lady walks to the front and asked how she could help. I showed her all the same information that I had shown the other guy. All of a sudden, the lady and a second guy looked into my problem, and they were able to locate the manufacture number without much problem. Bottom line that caucasian guy is very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. He is PURE LAZY. He never wanted to assist me in the beginning. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with this location. read more

The workers were really friendly and did a great job at fixing my Galaxy Z Flip4 inner screen! They even noticed that I had a scratch on my cover/outer screen and replaced it without an extra charge. I took a star off because the repair took longer than expected, but that was more because unlucky timing and circumstances that was out of their control. read more

Came in at 6:27pm and when I was parking, these 2 jokers at the front desk locked the door and hid in the back. There are signs that say they are open until 7pm, as seen in the photos. Ridiculous! I ended up going to a place at Laskin, which ALSO closes at 7pm. They fixed my non responsive iPhone within 15 mins and made a quick buck off of me. I now have a fully functional iPhone thanks to them and NOT ubreakifix. I don't recommend you waste your time with these clowns. read more

I made an appointment with this business to get my phone repaired. I was told to arrive at the Phoenix Drive location off of Lynnhaven Parkway promptly in order to keep my spot in their queue. I did just that. But when I arrived, I was told it might be days before they could look at my phone. "But I have an appointment," I said. They explained that they were overbooked and understaffed. Look, I get it. These things happen. But this should be reflected in the appointment making system. If you don't have a slot available, then darn it, DON'T OFFER IT TO CUSTOMERS ONLINE. At minimum, if there are customer appointments on the books that you can't keep, FIND A WAY TO NOTIFY YOUR CUSTOMERS SO YOU DON'T WASTE THEIR VALUABLE TIME. We went in for help, explained the situation with the phone and were told right away, " we don't have the parts to fix the issue" okay, understandable...then the worker told us to try to take it to Apple... The phone was an android. So I have no idea why he would say that, other than pure laziness. He never mentioned or even looked up when the parts could potentially be in store. terrible experience!! They don't respect the customer. rude attitudes! the attendant does not like his profession. I was today (07/27/2022) the store 664 Phoenix Dr #140. the person responsible for opening the store arrived at 11:30 am when on google it says that the store opens at 10 am. I was there since 10:40am as the store opened. at 11:30am I was in front of loha when she came to another customer and showed me the OPEN sign on, asking me to try to see if the door was open. .... so I pulled the door, at the same time another man started screaming inside a car. I discovered that the man yelling was the store clerk. He seemed like an out of control person and angry at the world. the UBREAKFIX attendant got out of his car yelling at me and my mother-in-law that I shouldn't be trying to open the door where the OPEN sign was on. We were there for 50 minutes waiting for him and he arrives with reckless attitudes not caring that we were customers waiting for a service. the despicable attendant entered the store and slammed the door hard in our face and even locked it so we wouldn't enter. this store needs to be sealed and the attendant sent to therapy on how to respect others. not good is little for this establishment. this establishment sucks...a dump !!! read more

My iPad screen broke so I took it to uBreakiFix on Harbour View Blvd in Suffolk. It took 7 weeks before I could pick it up because they keep having issues with it. When I got it home it took a very long time to load up. I could not turn on the WiFi on, or the Bluetooth button. I will not be bringing it back because I am afraid of what else might happen, so I am going to eat the repair fee and buy a new iPad. I will never recommend this company to anyone. read more

Came in late with a dreadful situation. My guy was very cool, warm and welcoming-even being getting ready to close. I showed him the disaster and asked for a rescue. They replaced the battery with a good working product (yay!). They accidentally broke the home button, however. To replace the home button, you must replace the entire screen, but they accepted the the cost burden of that repair because they were to blame for breaking the home button (good customer service!). I returned for the phone after the screen had been replaced and was immediately suspicious when I looked at the screen. I asked if it was a screen "produced by Apple" and they said "yes". I took it home. I notice several issues (screen is not as black as real iPhone screens, 3D touch not working, pressure distorts the screen, cant swipe to open notifications). I bring my phone back and place it on the front desk next to my other iPhone and I point out the most obvious differences. They then finally admit that the screen "isn't 100% authentic" (meaning that it is 0% authentic). They lied to me to save themselves some money since the generic screen is cheaper (dishonest, rip-off, not good customer service). They didn't give me any excuses or lies after they knew I had a real iPhone to compare it to. They replaced the screen again with what appears to be a real one. I don't appreciate them lying to my face and having my screen replaced with a knockoff without my permission. They were dishonest with me and I had to come in 4 times for a simple battery replacement. In the end, everything is good with my phone, but it was a horrible experience and they tried to rip me off by giving me cheaper replacement parts when they broke something, so obviously I will never be back. read more

What a terrible experience from start to finish! I brought my phone in for a minor repair ( back camera) that in no way affected it's ability to work as a phone. Paid a hundred bucks. Picked up my phone at the end of the day and they had messed up the fingerprint sensor, said they'd order a new one and replace. When I tried to make a phone call later that evening, my phone speakers sounded blown. Both during calls and when playing videos/music/etc. Called and they said being it back in when I can. So they have it all morning into the late afternoon and when they call and say it's "fixed" I drive back and it sounds even worse than before. They keep it again until the end of the day, say it sounds fine when making phone calls now and that they can order a new part and "try again." I leave, call my partner on the way home and IT IS NOT FIXED AT ALL. I call customer service who say they will send to the resolutions department and contact the store to refund me. Days go by, no word. I call again, new person says they'll look into it and call me back. Never did. So again I call and get another person, same speech, same end result of no call back. This store is garbage, they will ruin your device and take your money for it. At least when the camera was messed up I could make phone calls and hear the person on the other end properly and clearly. Customer service is apparently a huge joke that does nothing. Super disappointed that Google, Samsung, and Verizon recommended this company. Maybe they need to hear about this location because while I was there another person called, they had it on speaker loud in the back area, and he was complaining that they messed his phone up during a repair too. read more

So I was a little nervous because I normally go to the location closest to my area however they do not have the correct iPhone screen color so they referred me over to this location I was really nervous! however they fix my phone so quickly I forgot that it was broke aha when i came they said it would take about 1 to 2 hours but they only took about 30 minutes now I don't know if this is based off how slow they are or how busy they are in a day but I am extremely happy with my service!!! went in to get my screen fixed and got it back BROKEN!! 2 hour process turned into an all day event. don't come here unless you want your phone more broken than it was in the first place. if i could give them negative 5 stars... i would. i am LIVID. they also lied and said they tried to change the screen again yet the same screen protector was on the phone so how that work??? idk you tell me. while i was in there 3 other people came in there to report more issues with their phones after they had them fixed. now i have to get a whole new phone and this is piece of trash is useless. read more

Avoid this store at all cost! They forgot to order my phone battery replacement. After two and a half weeks, my battery finally came in. When they tried to replace the battery, they shattered my phone beyond repair. Instead of apologizing or fixing the problem, they rushed me out the door with an ancient loaner phone. They just said it will be three weeks before a used replacement comes in. All my data is lost, and they want to charge me $99 to replace the data. These people have no idea what they are doing! read more
