I had him call the owner and then the owner gave me a third quote for $200. Whatever just replace the screen. They replaced the screen and now I'm having trouble with the sensor at the top so when I use WhatsApp and try to play a voice clip the phone screen turns black like I'm covering the sensor even though the phone is a few feet away from me. Sometimes I can't take phone calls unless I hit the power button to close the phone and hit the power button again to show the screen. I have a lot of issues with the touch screen not responding. The top of the phone where the screen meets the housing flexes in and out so my best guess is that they didn't glue the top properly. I called the owner asking for a refund and my old screen back but he refused the refund and offered to replace the screen. He told me that this is a third party screen which I can confirm because I saw the Chinese letters on the box. He said that the functionality might be different because it's not an OEM screen. Could have paid $100 more and went to uBreakiFix and had a perfectly brand new screen. Which is what I wish I would have done in the first place. My suggestion to anyone coming here is to avoid this place!! The phone call with the owner ended up in a yelling match with him trying to talk over me and me trying to talk over him with me hanging up at the end. This place did offer to replace the first screen that they messed up. They can't get it right the first time why do they think that I would allow them to touch my phone a second time. Plus they wouldn't offer a refund which is what I wanted. They replaced my old screen and now this one has tons of issues and the screen isn't glued at the top and it's pulled away which is visibly noticeable. Of course with my wife's busy schedule she couldn't get the phone there until Friday. Oh, boy here comes the delay for Christmas. Of course when you don't have your phone on you, you feel like your naked or left the stove on when you're not at home, but NO! Kurt got right on it! He even stuck around to finish the job even though he was allowed to close early for the Christmas Holiday. Who does this in this day and age?!?!?!? Needless to say, my wife got her phone back super quick and it works great! My compliments to Kurt and CPR for the excellent work and customer service! I was sent here by assurant after damaging my 15pro screen. They replaced the screen and the tech who did it was unable to calibrate the screen and was not comfortable with removing it so he had to recruit another tech with more tenure to remove the screen for a second time. This second removal caused a damage from the bottom of the screen. So they hand me my phone with a lit screen but by the next morning at the bottom was a black spot. By the evening the spot grew and I brought it back to the store per assurant's instruction. The tech I met when I returned lied to my face. She acknowledged the damage and that it happened during the repair. She then claims there's no 15pro screens in stock and says she's ordering me one and noting this, so they will call me when it comes in. Guess what? She didn't order a screen, she didn't note any of the interaction, she just avoided repairing the phone and sent me off. I call them after a few days and she answers and says to come in because they're slow and they have the screens in.... so I go in and spend an hour with these people discussing how it isnt there fault. There was so much effort put into avoiding repairing their mistake it was incredible. The Employees were all clueless as to the repair, there were no notes or documentation on their end and even their manager whom I spoke to through an employee's cell phone, was trying to blame me and avoid repairing the phone. If this was the case why was I not told this a week ago when I brought it back after the initial repair was defective? And why was I not contacted when the replacement came in? I imagine it's because this location is being managed by a lazy person who has recruited a team of lazy people that will do only the bare minimum to remain open. 0/10 I wish I could give a negative star count.

Needless to say he became my go to place for any electronic repairs needed. Couple days afterward, I really cracked my Apple Watch and was heartbroken.
