This Verizon store has been great to deal with. The customer service has been excellent in their Oak Harbor store. We've purchased our family phones there. I lost my phone in France this summer and the staff was very helpful expediting my replacement upon my return. They are friendly, efficient and effective. read more

Do not get involved with there prepaid service. If you change carriers Verizon will keep any money left on the account and will not refund it I am very curious how much money Verizon steals monthly from people that change carriers. How there theft works is, say you pre pay $120 on your pay in advance account and your monthly bill is $60. You change carriers and there is $60 still pre paid on your account. They do not refund the $60 back to the original payment method, they keep it. Verizon acts so unaware this is happening. read more

A few months back I wrote about having an awful experience at this Verizon store. This time it's a praise report, my daughter and I went in to have my cell checked out. We walked out with two new phones and a wonderful experience. We were helped by RYAN, he was very professional and friendly. Gave us great customer service, amazing prices and was very knowledgeable. Have been with verizon for 10 years but leaving now i live in two diff. states so not just a local issue Verizon is absolutely horrible due to following: horrible coverage since Verizon went to 5g service constant dropped calls with Verizon in areas that used to be fine constant "NO service messages on my phone" with verizon NOT HELPFUL VERIZON !!!!!!!!!1 constant delays in MY texts and voice mails ( up to 2 hours of delay ! ) ADD INCOMPETANT CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF SIMILAR COMPLAINTS ON THE VERIZON SUPPORT WEBSITE TOO GOODBYE read more

They have assisted me quickly in two visits for the same issue that popped up when my SIM locked for an unexplained reason. They got it sorted and me out the door in about 20-30 minutes and were extremely helpful. read more

If you are on Orcas Island, do NOT get Verizon. The coverage is VERY spotty or non-existent. People with T-Mobile have much better reception. read more

I have had version as long as I have had a phone...and I am not a spring chicken anymore. I knew my SIM card was failing so I talked to online chat they told me the fasted way to get a new one was go into a store. Went to this store they where not interested in getting me a new SIM but only wanted to sell me a new phone my phone is barely a year old. I would not recommend this place. Stop trying to up sell and just fix the issue at hand. I went back to the online chat they are sending me a new sim and updated my Esim for free and phone is now working fine. This version should be ashamed of them selfs for not helping. We have bought our last 3 phones there but I won't go back. read more

A lot of my business is based on customer service. It's VERY important to me and it determines whether I remain a loyal customer or not. We recently left sprint due to poor customer service and decided to give Verizon a try even though we knew our monthly bill would most likely increase. We were lucky to be greeted by Steven Croteau and he was superb! Not only did he exceed our expectations, he found every avenue to save us money on our monthly bill and gave us a few perks along the way. Best in person experience to date. I've been with Verizon about 10+ years and have lived several places in the United States and our recent experience was not only amazing but fun. Kelly was very professional and personal sales representative. His boss/leader was supportive and gave him/Kelly space to close the transaction.
