I keep getting billed even though my account was zeroed out almost 4 months ago. I've been into their store twice to rectify this issue, I have made countless call most of the time I talk to no one. They gave me two numbers to call for billing, one was 611, when the phone answered, it was T-Mobile! When I asked, " when did you merge with AT&T?", they said that they had no idea that they did. And promptly told me they can only speak to T-Mobile products and T-Mobile billing. So I tried the next number. 1-800-301-0050 which was supposedly the direct line to AT&T billing department, when the phone was answered this time it was "Liberty Wireless", they had no explanation why AT&T would give me a number that was to a different wireless company and they didn't have any AT&T phone numbers that would get me in touch with AT&T. I have not been signed up with AT&T for almost 4 months and that is how long I've been dealing with them erroneously sending bills to me, which at this point equates to harassment.

I chose this place because of the high rating and name specifies Apple Product. My screen was…read morecoming seperated from the phone ( from a different company poor installation) so brough it in to have the screen re installed. While discussing the screen replacement I decided to also have the battery in my iPhone XS max replaced since he would have the phone open anyways, to take advantage of this to get the battery replaced. He agreed he could do both and we agreed on the price. He advised that usually he would have a generic battery to put into the phone but in this case, for a little more money he actually had an Iphone factory replacement battery he could install. I agreed to the extra price for the Iphone factory battery. Total repair would take 1.5 hrs. When I picked up the phone the screen that he reinstalled was now damaged, either due to too much pressure or heat as the screen now had discoiloured Pixels in two areas on the edge. The screen also had globs of glue sticking out of the side. He used a heat gun to separate the screen from the phone rather than heat mat which should have been my first red flag. once I got the phone home the battery was dying pretty much as quickly as before so I went into the battery health to see what was going on and the phone advised that it couldn't give me this information as this was not an apple battery that had been installed and that the installation process had not been finished. its been over a month now and the phone battery is marginally better than the battery I paid to have replaced and the phone continues to advise that its not an Apple Battery. To boot, the technician / owner charged an additional 15$ that we had not discussed to reinstall the screen on the phone which we had originally discussed as included. Overall, I'd stay away from this company as there were a number of issues with the transaction I had.

He's very pleasant and knowledgeable and I was very happy to purchase two instruments from him. It's a very nice little store and very well worth a visit.
