I had an amazing experience at this Verizon store! I came in looking to switch from T-Mobile and get a new phone, and Ace and Justin made the entire process seamless. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. They answered all of my questions, made sure I got the best option for my needs, and made the whole experience stress-free. If you're thinking about switching carriers or upgrading your phone, I highly recommend asking for Ace and Justin. They even helped me switch over from Optimum to Fios. They were supposed to have an iphone, already in stock, available for me the same day. RUSH service. I ordered online at 10am. Still said... PENDING ORDER at 6pm! Nobody answers the phones when the main Verizon service called on my behalf. AVOID THIS VERIZON for your own sanity. read more

We would scream but there's no one else to hear us. India the manager and yes I'm telling you her name treated us terribly today. Apparently if you're on friends and family and you trade in your old phone for a new phone they want nothing to do with it because they did not make their commission. I didn't know any of that I'm not in charge of the friends and family account. I had an appointment which I tried to confirm but was unable to because Verizon's robots are not up to par. I had an awful experience and my husband got so angry that he had to wait outside the store. His blood pressure has been high, mine too, and to be treated like this by a massive company that has absolutely no sense of responsibility to their customers is disgusting. It's unfettered capitalism without any consequences whatsoever. If you're really not an authorized Verizon store then say that. Apple also lies and lies and lies and lies. They lie to me for decades telling me my phone couldn't be hacked but I didn't really believe it because I know who Edward Snowden is. He was a whistleblower who turned all his information about how the government is spying on all of us to a well respected journalist. He didn't sell his information to China or Russia. Whistleblower always get it in a bad way. So please never order a new phone from Verizon online. Go to the store yourself because they have plenty of phones there. It's not our fault that they can't explain anything and want nothing to do with any customer because they lost their commission. By the way we spent an extra $300 Plus buying chargers and all the little extras one needs for a new phone. Absolute torture. read more

I went to this location today November 2019 with my daughter and it was the biggest waste of our time. We walked in - was helped immediately- knew exactly what we wanted...should be easy right? but no- the salesman said they had the phone in black or red...black was what we wanted - then they had to get it from the safe...took 45 minutes - something about the safe opening and then someone closing it by mistake and apparently it can only be opened every 15 minutes....sounds strange.. but ok-the safe was finally opened! They salesman said oh - sorry- we only have the phone in red or purple - no black ones...really... after we just waited for almost an hour! He then tried to sell my daughter the I phone 11 pro because they did have one in black...however, that is not what we wanted. Such as waste of our time - I will purchase the I phone at Best Buy - it is the same price and they have it in stock. Disappointed! read more

Christian helped me set up my new iPhone and was kind enough to give me some pointers on how to use it and Katherine was very sweet and helpful as well. I went to this location yesterday,(Feb. 16), and had the most awful experience. When I walked into the store, I was not greeted by either employee, (Allysa and male employee ). I understand that they were assisting customers, but neither one acknowledged my presence. I decided to sit down and wait, for my turn to be seen. Nearly 40 minutes later, there is still no acknowledgement, from Allysa or the male employee, as to when they will be finished, or when I will be seen. The male employee, finished with his customer, and finally said to me, I would be next. A lady comes in, and goes directly to his desk, and he takes her ahead of me. When asked, why are you taking her? (after waiting over 40 minutes), he replies and says, she was her earlier. I was already here nearly an hour at this point. Both employees have no customer service skills, and are rude. If you want to be ignored, and be treated badly, come to this location. read more
