The customer service here is an absolute JOKE. I arrived 1hour and 22 min before closing with my husband because we both have Verizon. The ONLY reason I showed up here was because my husband needed help with understanding why he wasn't receiving emails to his phone and the signal to his phone and mine was blocked (he has a business account) and not to mention it blocked us from logging into our Myverizon account. We spent 1 hour at home trying to figure out why by calling our internet provider and they said it was ok and that it was more than likely a technical problem with our phone company. Immediately as we walked in there was ONE person there to help. He was helping 3 people set up their phone and when he looked up at us he said "can I help you?" When we explained he cut us off before I could say o didn't have signal and said " call 611 they can help that isn't something I can do" again. With WHAT cell service and we ended up going over to a phone repair place where he let us borrow his phone so we could call the company and them fix the problems in less than 10 min. When we were asked "why couldn't they get you at a store" we asked them the same question because the gentleman behind the counter could have easily called and it would not have taken anything. Anyways. Today, I changed my business account over to a different company because I am not going to be treated by a cell company that I pay good money to poorly and brushed off like I did not know what I was talking about. I'm not electronically incompetent. I have my own business and trusted this company to help me fix any issues I couldn't fix on my end. Thanks to the guy behind my counter I moved cell companies and my entire business account lines over to I'll gladly take an hour of my day to switch everything over because of ONE person being rude because 1 hour before close or 5 min. So this is NOT A CORPORATE LOCATION! They will tell you the wrong info cause they don't know what they are talking about!! BEWARE FOREWARNED I asked for an SE iPhone as it's for an 8yo, they said it would take 2 days to get there as they only had 12s in stock it's been 3 1/2days and it's still not arrived. They don't know when it's coming ....I had told them when I needed it by as he's moving out of state on short notice. They were no help. It wasn't till I went to the Verizon location by Target/Publiix/Chick Fil A/Panda Express that I found out that it wasn't corporate and a lot of what they told me was wrong about setting up an account. This location not only has all the phones in stock but they were very helpful. The only bad thing is they don't answer their phones!! When I arrived I couldn't figure out who worked there because they were just wearing hoodies and random shirts(nothing with Verizon on it). I had to ask for help no greeting, after asking for help they were dismissive and annoyed with my presence in general. Go to att across the street if you want good customer service read more

My experience was just BAD. I have been with Verizon for over 12, mainly because of the customer service but I had to walk away from purchasing what I needed at this store. Gentleman who was working with me ( I can not say that he was was providing customer service simply because he did everything opposite from being helpful, welcoming or attentive to me) was incredibly rude, right after I walked into the store. Every time I had a question, he cutter me off and said : I told you to wait... and kept texting someone. He also turned his back to me and disappeared in the back for over 5 minutes without even telling me where he was going. When he came back, he said he was going to check on something... After all the humiliation that I had to face at that sales counter, I asked him what is he acting this way and he said : Bye, have a great day... I can not believe this store is still open considering this guys behavior. It puts really bad face on the whole Verizon business. BTW this guys name starts with "C". I had the worst experience at tis store than I have had anywhere. I was with Verizon for over 20 years and have visited quite a few Verizon stores. These people give Verizon a very bad name! i was in the store 2 hours. They had one computer for three workers. There wad competition over who could use the computer when. We were sold more than we asked for at extremally high prices. A screen protector for $65 (NO KIDDIING AND NO EXAGERATION) . when we discovered the cost it was too late to remove the protector. We were told the $35 plan that we purchased had data. It did not and we had to pay for more too get that. I will NEVER go back to that store. What's more they sold me a 4G phone in this 5G age. read more

I got stranded without a charged phone and happened to be next door working and decided to pick up a new charger/cord, I had been wanting a backup anyway for my husbands car. It took 20 minutes to check me out when there was no one else in the store. The man took his time, trying to sell me on upgraded, etc. I had somewhere I was supposed to be and after waiting and answering tons of questions, he said it was $70. I was so flustered I just paid it so I could get out of there. I did have the mind to go back in for my receipt, which he did not give me. We can't really afford that. Tried to return it to a different location and come to find out this isn't even an official Verizon store. I did eventually return the items, it took 30 minutes to make the return, plus explaining to three different employees why I was there, one of which after asking me went to the back and never came back out. Tbh it seemed as if no one wanted to handle the return, I'm assuming because they work on commission. They eventually had to take me because towards the end between the 2 employees on the floor, there were 6 of us waiting. I won't ever return. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

Ok I arrived and have not been greeted by anyone. I ask other customers and they had not been greeted either. Not sure but I thought that was how it works. But apparently at this store no q line or greeting is necessary to make your customers feel like you do not need them. read more

So. The first time we went the lady was very rude and hardly helped us set up our new plan and get the phones we want. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with Verizon on the store phone and did everything myself. We ordered the phone my wife wanted, and a week later when it finally came in we went to pick it up. Delivered in the morning mind you and nobody contacted us. Apparently it had been sitting in the box all day. Now when I am writing this we have been sitting in the store for 40 minutes just waiting for them to figure out how we my wife can get her new phone when it's sitting right there. They finally just apologized for the first time, which is good I guess? Needless to say there's plenty of Verizon stores in the area. Do NOT go to this one. read more

I cannot thank Alec S. enough for helping me with my new phone. I traded in my Samsung for an IPhone...My battery was dead and Alec did everything he could to transfer my contacts and pictures. Luckily, he remembered he had an old S5 battery and IT WORKED!!! Very patient and amazing salesman! Could not be more pleased. read more
