    The employees don't greet you when you walk in the door. Or give you an estimate on wait time. They act like you're not even there.

    Worst business Ive ever dealt with! Signed up for cellphone service, 2 lines and home internet…read moreservice. GOT 4 cellphone lines and a modem I couldn't use in my area! Its was for me and my daughter. For some crazy reason they set my daughter up as the account holder. That turned out to be a huge hassle! After getting the sim cards and modem I found out theres NO INTERNET service in my area for T-Mobile home internet service! Fancy that! We called to get service cancelled and return everything because I was mortified! That involved SEVERAL calls in order to get everything cancelled because for some reason they didn't closed down two of the cell lines!! They didn't send an email for the return label of the equipment! Now after "12" days they're charging me $235!!! Mind you I never used the internet and ONLY used the one cell number because it was next to impossible to talk about canceling anything with out using one of their numbers! I am totally disgusted! They don't have to ever worry about my business anymore ever! I will also be writing to their corporate office about all this as well!! Stay away from T-Mobile!

    I was at the store with my husband to upgrade his phone. A man (Jose) came in and was being helped…read moreby the "manager" named Forrest (Jose had lost his phone and bought a new one at Apple but now needed his phone number assigned to the new phone). Forrest couldn't resolve the issue and then disappeared. The woman helping us (Fernanda), was gracious in asking the man if she could assist (Fernanda is the only person there who understands customer service!). She began to problem-solve. But then Forrest kept interrupting trying to antagonize Jose. Jose calmly explained that Fernanda was helping him. Well it turns out that when Forrest had disappeared, he called the police on Jose. For what? For having a passport? Fernanda, my husband and I were shocked and appalled. We couldn't understand why Forrest would call the police - except perhaps because Jose was Colombian per his passport. Jose did absolutely nothing. Jose was calm, patient, and seeking help from his phone company. Jose was removed from the store and without his passport. When I asked to complain, the store manager responded with aggressive bravado that he was the manager and that was it. I asked for who he reports to and he shrugged. If this is how customers are treated when seeking help, this is a sad state of affairs for AT&T. Fernanda did text a former regional person who was in the back room training people to come and assist our concerns; however, we quickly realized where Forrest learned his service manners because Elias was equally rude and stated "I believe my employee over what you and your husband have to share." I said talk to your employee right here, referencing Fernanda. His response "No, I'm good." So the moral of this story is that if you have a difficult problem, avoid Forrest at this store because he'll call the police on you!! WOW! AND I did give my info requesting a call from whomever oversees Forrest but my guess is that Elias threw my info away. Thank you, AT&T, for completely ruining my afternoon and for allowing two employees to treat customers with such disrespect and unkindness.
