We dropped our phones off at 8:00 a.m., and just two hours later they were completely repaired. One phone needed both the front and back replaced, and the other needed the back replaced, both were completely shattered. They fixed everything perfectly, and the total cost was about half of what other places quoted us. Now let's talk about the staff. They are incredibly positive, friendly, and professional. Everyone there was knowledgeable about the products in the store and happy to answer questions. Their attitude and customer service were so impressive that we actually canceled our phone upgrades with Spectrum and decided we'll be going back to Mr. Phone Pro to purchase our new phones instead. They cancelled my online order upgrade twice from the AT&T website and told me that I needed to come in and they would process the sale. They had the phones I ordered twice (now I've paid for 4 phones) and then once they where processing my sale they told me that they sold my phone to the person next to me, which was after they told me they had my phones, so then I received 2 of the wrong phones that I ordered. Also I told them I did NOT want anything changed to my plan and they couldn't even do that properly and added stuff to my plan without permission. Then they did NOT process my upgrade promotion trade-ins, as they were on my two separate orders from AT&T, so I'm being charged full price of my phones and paying for services that I NEVER agreed to and was never discussed. Thankfully after wasting hours on customer service, 3 separate times, hopefully they've cleaned up the mess that this store employees and manager made on my account because they WOULD NOT simply process my AT&T online order. Either they are trying to upsell and increase sales for there store or they are all so incredibly stupid that they need to find new jobs. A formal complaint against the store has been filed with AT&T because of this issue.

Upon arriving, Kevin asked something like, "what are we doing today?" Not welcome to AT&T. Not how can I help you? He seemed to want to rush through a process. To make a long story short, not of my questions or concerns were really answered or addressed. Or even acknowledged for that matter. The only communication was about how they could make a sale. Apple has a popular product and AT&T has popular service(not customer service), so I guess they don't feel like they have to bother. WORST INTERNET PROVIDER I'VE EVER DEALT WITH…read more I left Spectrum on October 8th, returned EVERY piece of equipment I had, and thought I was finally done with their terrible service. Fast forward to today--I check my account and find out they took $270 out WITHOUT my authorization, pushing my account into the negative. When I called, they had the nerve to tell me I "still have other equipment." Absolutely not. On October 8th, at the Spectrum store in Pinellas Park, FL, I explicitly told them I had nothing else. Not only did I live in my apartment for 3 years, but Spectrum techs came out multiple times and they themselves swapped equipment and took old boxes with them. Now suddenly they want to "investigate" -- but somehow they had ZERO hesitation taking my money instantly. Funny how the investigation only starts after they hit your bank account. And their answer? "We can't give it back." Spectrum is hands down the WORST provider in existence. Shaky service, constant outages, clueless customer support, and now apparently they just help themselves to people's bank accounts. Do yourself a favor: RUN from this company. They don't deserve a single customer. Everyone should throw away their business ASAP.

The new phone got lost is shipment but unfortunately my service was transferred to new phone which was lost. I went to store and restored service to my phone and that is when i found out I did not have the plan and price quoted but one that was $44 a month more. After 2 more weeks and 3 hours on phone and 3 times promising the change was a mistake and would be fixed, Nothing was ever done. I called and demanded to know exactly what was being done. Told nothing and I could pay the extra $44 or just leave. I left and the sales tax collected would be refunded as I never received a phone. The internet add said I had a month to try and cancel. I just had $70 deducted from my checking for my 3 weeks of service and never received the sales tax back (also about $70). I would say never do on line and only in store as all I got was lies but the store people are honest and there to help.

She said that I could get 2 of these watches Free + a reasonable monthly fee+ *Insurance that she said I could drop in *3 months. Turns out these watches DO NOT signal for 911 when you fall. I had a bad fall & it didn't call 911. Our Monthly T-Mobile bill has doubled randomly with multiple charges of $1. Spoke to a Supervisor who said it would take $700+ to pay the balance for the 2 "free watch phones" or she said, "Maybe you could sell them online". To say that T-MOBILE has had a serious decline in the 14 years we've had them is an understatement. Calling their Corporate office in "Bellevue, Washington today. T-MOBILE is not a member of BBB, however their complaint rating is " 1.83 in negative ratings of which they have thousands. "If something seems to good to be True.. it is probably NOT True. Walk on by
