One of the best experiences I've had in a Verizon store. I had a lot of questions and they were so patient and answered them all. They reviewed my plan and helped me find a better plan for my family. They were very kind and helpful. Pleasant to deal with and knew what they were talking about. Would definitely come back next time I need assistance. Went into Verizon hoping to upgrade my phone. When I walked in, there was literally 1 employee on the floor who was helping someone else, so I wasn't greeted. I proceed to go look at the phone I was interested in thinking "ok there must be some system in place and I'll be helped shortly". Nope! After about 5 minutes of looking around, 2 more employees come out of the back and greet the 3 people who arrived after me, telling them that they'll be right with them. After they get done greeting and talking to everyone who walked in after me, they STILL DONT GREET ME! What a joke. Guess I'll be going across the street to the sprint store. read more

Went to the store with two issues. I was called up pretty quickly so it started off good. Then I was assigned to Lance. He has zero customer service skills. He was impatient, kept cutting me off mid sentence and was clearly in a hurry to either go on a break or leave for the day. Either way it was an awfull experience. He definitely needs more training on how to interact with customers. His knowledge was spot on but in the end it doesn't really matter because I will avoid going to this store in the future. read more

I am going to be looking for a new cellular carrier! I purchased a tablet from Verizon that quit working within 3 months. I took it back to Verizon which agreed the tablet needed to be replaced after waiting over an hour for service. Since this was on Wednesday and I was moving across the state on Saturday I paid to have it overnighted to me. Well guess what? It NEVER arrived! I called Verizon they could see my order but said that it hadn't been released from the warehouse! WHAT?! I paid for overnight and it was NEVER shipped are you kidding me? I am moving 3 hours away it isn't like I can come back to check and see if it was ever delivered. So Verizon took my money for overnight shipping but never delivered and I won't receive my tablet either so I am paying for a tablet that doesn't work and will never get the new one because I will no longer be at the address they are shipping to. Verizon told me I could have an answer by Tuesday..... DO NOT USE VERIZON THEY SUCK! After writing my review and answering a survey I went into the store to fix the issues I was having. Chris the general manager said he had received my survey and was planning on calling me that morning. He seemed genuinely upset and concerned with my experience. He assigned Matt to handle my complaint and together they worked to solve my problem. I upgraded my tablet and Matt also helped me set up the family base controls that I was having a problem with so that my 12 year old daughter could no longer run up my bill with data overages. THANK YOU Chris and Matt for helping me today and fixing the problem. I was able to move and have a working tablet and not worry about when and where I was going to receive the new one and send back the old one. I am very happy now. If you have problems at Verizon go to the Woodward store and insist on talking to Chris the general manager and/or Matt! read more

Been coming to this store since it opened! Sad to say the service has gone down considerably. I have an old iPhone 6s I don't use, and a 7 I pay monthly for, so I was looking to trade in my 6s for credit towards the remaining balance of my 7, hopeful that I could save myself some money. My mother and I went into this location to get information about this and what my options were. We were quickly helped, but the man that helped us was clearly uninterested, just waiting to leave because it was close to closing time. When I explained that we were just there for information, he replied "so you're not buying anything today??" And immediately after he realized I would not be making a purchase today, his whole demeanor changed. He was short, rude, and clearly didn't even know the info we were asking for. I'm so dissatisfied with this service and I definitely won't be going back to that location. There is a new location opening close by very soon, and I used to think they wouldn't get much business because this store was awesome, but now I see they will get all the business because who would want to come here?! 10/25/19 Tried to give this store another chance. Got there at 430, which I understand is a busy time to be there on a Friday at the end of the work day, but it was 45 minutes before anyone was available to speak with me. I'm very uncomplicated, I would've been an easy sale. I knew what I wanted and was ready to purchase. The person helping me walked away in the middle of helping me to help someone else! And to top it all off one of the employees walked out of the store and when her coworker asked where she was going (probably because that was not the time to be leaving!) she replied "none of your business" and left! Finally someone came out to speak to me because I expressed frustration to the person that checked me in. I was visibly frustrated and Marcus asked me "well do you want to be helped or not?" And I explained that I had now been there an hour and was disappointed that everything was so slow. He asked me if I wanted assistance and I said I didn't have time because I had somewhere to be. He got attitude with me and was asking me if I was ready to purchase now and he tried to tell me "here's what you should do next time" and explained making an appointment. This location has terrible service. I switched from AT&T thinking while actually giving someone a sale they'd be nice and helpful... WRONG. Beyond rude here, and unprofessional. They were trying to get me out of the store before even confirming my number porter and if my phone was activated (which it wasn't). Instead of asking for help the associate just told me to go home and call Verizon. For a large corporate company you'd think they'd hire better help. read more

This store is terrible. I have a unique situation that I have moved out of my parents house, but am still on their plan. I went in the store to buy the phone, and because I didn't have the "account manager" with me, they refused to help me. They did not help me figure out what I needed to do to get that status or any other potential solutions, just basically kicked me out of the store. The customer service here is terrible. First, I am technically challenged so I need help when something changes with my iPhone and iPad. About 5 days ago went to store and employee fixed the problem, I am guess by pure luck because all of a sudden my texts weren't going thru to my iPad, just iPhone. So I went back a couple days later and was pretty much told to call 1-800-my-apple. One person asked what I needed, I told her and she said "I can fix that" then turned around and she never came back. 10 minutes later someone asked if I was being helped and I mentioned about the first person, then this one left and a third person came to help. She had absolutely no clue and had to ask Alexa. After about 45 minutes she said to call 1-800-my-apple. read more

Lately I've been on the ropes about switching my coverage from Verizon. I've been a customer for about 11 years. Today I visited this location and was completely blown away by the customer service. I needed to replace my phone that was under warranty. However, with Verizon's policy, you have to get the phone in the mail. Carlos went out of his way to make sure I was able to get a phone that day due to my special circumstances. He was kind, patient and professional. "They didn't want my business" deserves 2 stars, but they were worse.-They didn't want to help me. I got an iPad (open box) from Best Buy. On activation at home found out that it doesn't have sim card. Contacted Verizon support by chat and was referred to the corporate store. Drove to the store and was informed that unless I sign 50 dollars a month-24 months commitment I will not get a sim card. - Guys, I d love to get your prepaid, I want to be your customer.- No way -no how. They were "very nice" to me and referred me to telesales. They have contacted and spoken to telesales, without me hearing responses (took phone off speaker) which was uncalled for. I could understand that, if the words of Verizon rep at the end of conversation "I will take care of that" were fulfilled. I was sent away empty handed. Three hours of phone conversations with Verizon customer service and huge frustration on the phone later, another Verizon store at Telegraph and 12 took care of that. I thank other guys and advise you to skip that store. And if you go in - good luck! read more

Porsia was horribly rude and unprofessional. First thing she said after I told her I wanted to use my upgrade was "I can tell you right now that you wont be eligible for that", without even looking up my account! Then after she did look, surprise! I was eligible! When she tried selling me a screen protector and I declined she said "oh so you just like breaking your phone?" When I checked out instead of helping me set up the phone or anything she just handed me the box and started walking away. I asked if she could help me set it up and make sure my contacts were transferred she said "You have icloud don't you? Do it that way." Then walked away. We went to this location after I accidentally drowned my phone. We were extremely fortunate to find Jessica. She was amazingly helpful and patient - the best customer service experience we have ever had with Verizon. We had considered changing carriers because of the high pressure sales tactics but we'll stay because there are people like Jessica who make the customer their priority. No kidding. read more

Went there looking for something very simple. A tempered glass protector that they have in stock. I ask them to get me one and they say that they can't right now but it is in the back. Why can't they just grab it when they have 5 salespeople standing around doing nothing. They say they have to watch the floor. So I wait 20 minutes for them to grab it for me.
