There were some ridiculous hurdles from our previous cell phone provider and my MIL ended up spending four hours in the store. Jessica stayed with her when she didn't have to, and after enlisting the help of her coworker Leo they managed to get it done and send my MIL out with a working phone. Thank you both, so much. It's extremely stressful to be so far away and unable to help. You did something truly kind today; you didn't have to do it, it was out of your job description, but for it we are incredibly grateful.

I exchanged my iPhone 12 Pro for the 16 Pro, it was supposed to be an even exchange. When I got my bill, they were charging me $40 for the new phone a month. They would do nothing about it, although I was told they fired the manager who did the upgrade for me for doing things like this. They told me the only way I could get the phone for free was to upgrade to a different plan, which is $40 more, so I'm still paying for the phone in a different way. The new plan has free Netflix and Apple TV. I do not need those. I would never recommend T-Mobile to anyone. As I am looking at their reviews, lot of people have had similar problems with them.

They were also unable to access my bill, but assured me the final bill would be mailed. I still have not received a final bill, but Verizon attempted an automatic withdrawal for monthly payment in February (I disputed it). This morning I woke to $777 being automatically withdrawn. They lied at the store about final bills. Verizon lied. They can't be trusted, no matter how friendly they are as people. Filed a BBB and FCC complaint this morning.

Ryan and Jason are truly professional and earned my business as I was looking into switching from another cell provider. Not all AT&T stores are alike and my experience with one other was awful. If I had not already dealt with Ryan at the Stafford Marketplace location, I may not have even switched to AT&T. They did not receive the S20 Ultra on the day of release which is why I went to the other store which did have it in stock. In the end, I would rather wait a week or even a year if I had to in order to work with friendly, competent and professional people like Ryan and Jason. They handled everything and I got the phone a few days later so it all worked out. Corporate needs to praise this store and make it the model for other regional stores. The next step for corporate would be to go ten miles south and clean house in that location.
