I picked this place because it seemed to have real and somewhat recent reviews. I walked in on a week night, had no wait, Ali was kind, explained my options and my screen was replaced in 30min. I also used the Yelp Deal and checked in and got a free glass screen protector they put on for me as well as the second deal that gave me $10 off. The price point seems great too - UBreakIFix quoted me at $299 (Apple brand) and $150 (off brand) Apple Store quoted $199 me for a screen repair. Here I paid $127 in total for their mid-tier screen - that has been working perfectly. I was going to to for their top tier the omh (?) refurbished $159 but Ali actually talked me down, he said because those ones have started to have touch responsiveness issues. Whenever they quote you the price you should know that it is the price for a screen repair that is not the exact same as the original iPhone screen. Paid $129 (less $10 discount) for a replacement charging port, and they also found damage to the motherboard (water) which they fixed for free. So this guy is amazing and this review is LONG overdue. My bestfriend broke her phone over the weekend and Mobile2Mobile was able to fix her phone within 20min on a Sunday, 45min before closing! Absolutely amazing! Breaking your phone during a holiday weekend (4th of July) can be extremely stressful! It literally took him 20min to fix her phone. We just walked to a few bars had a drink, came back and her phone was fixed. And it wasn't super expensive (less than $150, I think). If you live in DC, you know there is only ONE Apple Store and most iPhone places are closed on Sundays, especially during a holiday weekend. This guy was absolutely amazing. My precious Iphone was dropped on the cobblestoned sidewalk one afternoon, and the screen shattered. I spent the next day at work debating whether to live with the cracked screen or get it fixed. After getting poked by the glass shards, I decided to get the screen fixed and chose Mobile2Mobile because of its great Yelp reviews, was much cheaper than Apple, and opened late (til 8pm). I rushed here after work and arrived around 7, not expecting there to be a line. Unfortunately, there were two other people already waiting to get their phones fixed (word had gotten out about this place!), but the tech told me to not worry because he would get to my phone tonight too. The screen was cracked but I was able to use it. It was $200 to get my screen fixed, which I thought was expensive (and said so), but it'd been that way since October so I figured it was time. Yesterday after work, I go to take my phone out of my bag and the screen is cracked again. It's obviously not as resilient as the apple screens and was lifting in the top left corner? Like the whole screen is lifting up. I don't even know how this can happen. I even changed my phone case as was recommended to have a lip that covers the edges. Oh and the screen doesn't react to touch anymore. I seriously feel like the screen self imploded while it was just sitting in my purse at work. He speant a straight hour (while taking care of other walk ins.) Our agreement and price were set on if it works, you pay. Since he spent more time than I assumed, I offered to pay a fair amount - he refused to take it, and said just write an honest review on yelp! So that is what I am doing. BTW, he generally does not does off-site at your location, but there are exceptions ie like when he was contacted by someone at a VERY HIGH government position and was asked to make an exception - what a story!!
