I went to pay my bill at this location (which keeps going up every month). I was having problems with my watch they sold me and the rep told me briefly how to "possibly" fix it but didn't want to spend any time to try and provide any service to help a 4 year customer out to fix the issue. He said if I couldn't figure it out to call the Verizon for assistance.. Also, there were 2 Verizon reps working and I was the only person in the storage at 7pm.. He told me that he couldn't tell me how much was owed on my bill, but that have in the past. Best of all, when I paid $159 for one phone line and a watch, he asked me "do you want a receipt or no"? I said yes, obviously. The receipt reflected a different phone number & name. The name on the receipt I believe was rep that works for Verizon, with a phone number that wasn't even close to mine. As I was walking out reading my receipt, I released the "mistake" , the Verizon rep was prepared but hoping I wouldn't have noticed as when I turned around to confront him, he was not surprised at all of this "error". This place, company and employees for Verizon are some of the worst I've ever experience through the years. And now to stoop this low.... T-mobile or At&t her I come.. Finally, the $20 discount since there system shut down for a day is a sham, has never been credited to my bill and probably will not. I certainly hope FCC or some bureau or agency looks into these terrible business practices.. This company is scamming A LOT of people I'm sure! read more

The service here is rubbish. Very irresponsible. I can't believe it. Especially the manager. It is even more unbelievable. He has not fulfilled his responsibilities as a manager at all. I came to deal with other matters and actually disconnected my mobile phone from the Internet. He told me it had nothing to do with him. This is not an actual Verizon Store. Do not use this location either use a real verizon store or Best Buy. It all started when I went to trade in 5 iPhone 11 Max's during the $1000 promotion Which comes in the form of monthly credits spread out over 2 years. Phones were ordered and a month later they came in with my name on them. Took my family of 5 to the store to pick up our new phones. it started out great attentive and polite staff but the problems started when they started to charge me for the phones. Due to the fact these phones were never put into the inventory system it took 3 hours of sitting there and waiting for someone to figure out how to fix the issue before we finally got our new phones. I then received the bill for sales tax (which I was aware of) on the phones and a $35 setup (was not aware of) the store charges which is separate from the $35 activation bill you will get on your first bill from Verizon who will tell you is so much because of all the great tools you have access to set up your new phone with. The sales person informs me to come back on Monday day to start the process of the trade in. On Monday the 2 employees in the store not doing anything inform me that my sales person went home on an emergency but calls him for me to verify that he will be back to work on Friday which today is a Monday. the longer this process takes the longer my account will have to wait for the rebate which means I am stuck paying $150 more a month. So if something happens to him I guess I'm screwed becuase none of the other employees offered to process my trade-ins for me So I'm assuming they can't. So I spent $650 on the store and my first bill comping up will be another $750 which is a lot more than the $350 I was told my new bill will be after this transaction. My purchase before this one was from Best Buy with no setup fee and they called Verizon and got them to waive the activation fee. only came here becuase I thought it would be better working with a Verizon store to find out they are not a Verizon store they just sell Verizon products. All the sales people were helpful as much as they could be and were polite. I believe my horrible experience is due to store polices and processes. Along with the fact there are better options out there that will save you money. read more

Everything seemed like a problem to her and she continued to be rude I finally stated that I would be taking my stuff somewhere else because of how rude and she continued to be rude. Went to Verizon today. The staff did not greet us or even acknowledge us. The place was empty except for 2 employees and 2 customers. We waited 30 minutes and then left. Someone could have at least told us they would be with us as soon as they could. No customer service at all. Will not be back. read more

Went by to compare company specials from sprint and Verizon. An employee by the name of Adrian Gant had the best customer service at verizon. He acknowledge me right away. Horrible customer service here. Their sole focus is getting your money. Once the sale is made, they have no interest in assisting you whatsoever. I actually had a rep raise her voice at me, and blame me for my defective device. The manager heard the entire exchange and did nothing to remedy the situation. Also beware of their policies, which vary greatly from Verizon corporate. They're able to charge double for restocking fees, while only giving you half the time to make a return. You are much better off going to a legit Verizon Wireless branch. read more

This store should not be associated with Verizon. I have several friends that swear by Verizons customer service, but Verizon they are not! In March I walked into the store after purchasing a Pixel 2 XL from Google as i didn't want to be tied to any specific carrier. Since Verizon is the only company other than google that offers this device logic would dictate that they would carry the accessories to protect my new investment. I was sorely mistaken as this location only had 2 cases at that time and they were both black. I chose to buy elsewhere but was convinced that their screen protector was the best on the market. After repeated pushes by their sales representative I relented as i could not find any negative reviews for the product. The product was a STEEL 360 from PureGear that says it is 5X stronger than leading tempered glass products with curved screen devices. Approximately a month and a half later my wife was getting out of her car and dropped her phone on its corner and to her surprise this highly touted screen protection device popped right off the phone. After with i held my personal device approximately three feet from the top of a desk and performed the same drop (i.e. on its corner). The screen protector did indeed pop right off. I took the screen protector to the same store i purchased it and at first the lady in the front of the store attempted to refund my money as i was disgusted that i was mislead into buying an inferior or subpar product. In order to do the refund she actually called her supervisor and while i was standing there said she only had ten dollars but would go to the ATM to get the rest. Wow!!! I would have been willing to wait but the supervisor proceeded to backtrack and say its a warranty issue and they'd only give me a replacement. After the lady handed me the phone the manager proceeded to argue against a refund stating that its not their fault the product didn't work even after i advised that i was misled as to the effectiveness of the product. He again hid behind the warranty and so i spoke with his manager which followed suit and even advised that i had two weeks if i wanted a full refund. This is odd considering i didn't want to return the item had it worked as advertised. I then spoke to Verizon after witch "big red" voiced their displeasure and stated that had i been one of their customers i would have been refunded right away. I then spoke with the actual company that hid behind the Verizon sign CellularSales and they decided to go with the store on this one. What a crock!!! If you look into this company they constantly state that they were chosen by Verizon for their customer service abilities, but this shows that would seem quite a bit to the contrary. Let this serve as a warning to not do business of any sort with this location and ensure that if you are a fan of Verizon make sure that you go to an actual corporate store. I guess you live and learn and I'm out a measly $97.40 which could be a lot to others but I'm gonna write this off as a life lesson learned. Watch who you do business with!!! read more

I stopped by this store earlier this week to check out what deals they were running. I can say that from now on, this will be the ONLY cell phone store I go to. The guy I worked with was really nice & helpful. Actually all the guys there were really nice & friendly. I know they aren't a corporate Verizon store but maybe that's why this store is so much better. I actually ended up having to spend a couple of hours in there but it didn't feel like it. I will definitely be recommending this verizon location to my friends & family. read more
