I have been a Verizon customer since it was Air Touch. I have been disappointed for some time now with declining customer service and as of today, I am ready to switch carriers. Attempts to get a human to help you on the rare occasion that you need some help is a thing of the past. I need not go over the time wasted on attempts, too much lost already! After all the effort to get a human to answer the simple question of how much Data was used by each line for the last 6 months, I was told they could only see the last 3 months! There is NO reason a person is not able to access their phone records for at least the last year...it appears that Verizon has done just that. Account history for over 3 months is just that...HISTORY! Because of this, Verizon is going to become HISTORY in my family! No more referrals from me either! Shame this is the way they take care of their long time customers! read more

I know Verizon is superior amongst its competitors so I was confident that my cellphone problems would be resolved. I visited the San Fernando Verizon store and was greeted by Ronaldo. I discussed with him that my phone wasn't receiving incoming calls. He pleasantly pulled up my account and explained possible troubleshooting issues that could be causing this problem. He resolved issue and also assisted me with applying my military discount to my account. I am 100% satisfied and my phone is in perfect working order now! We came in to switch out our phones when there was 2 (out of the 4 phones we had ordered) and Pedro wad giving my brother a hard time and wouldn't even look at my brother when he would address him and was just playing and looking at his phone and didn't want to address an issue on THEIR end with a promo we were offered but then was removed when it shouldn't have been. Pedro was being very disrespectful speaking over my brother and my mother and ignoring them both. He was also ignoring my brother repeatedly and being rude ignoring all questions my mom had. read more

Received good service here. But be advised that this is a Verizon affiliate store (authorized retailer) and not a corporate location. You wouldn't have any idea from the branding on the building and inside the store. They have a strict and much less forgiving return/exchange policy. If you end up wanting to switch your phone within 15 days you will be charged 15% of the retail price of the phone you are returning, as opposed to the corporate Verizon policy of $50. For me that turned out to be $129. The staff seem helpful I just don't like that they represent themselves as a corporate store when they are not. read more

came in asking about a certain promo when Pedro was the one who was helping out the customers and was being very rude and wasn't listening to my dad's questions and would talk over my dad. He was on his phone and would ever turn his back to us on his chair whenever he was checking a promo on the computer and would just laugh on his phone. Very rude and very disrespectful, when other customers came in he was very polite to them and very rude to us still, so I hope this wasn't a racial issue. read more

Horrible horrible horrible. Came in to get a deal they had going on on a Monday wanted two phones they didn't have one available so the guy told me that they would have it the next day and to leave a deposit to hold off the other phone they did have. Called the next day still didn't have it . So I was ok . Called the next day and said they had it. Went in and apparent they didn't. They had the one I had already payed a hold on for . Which made no sense when I explained over the phone. But anyhow . Manager said that usually it takes two days for shipping and for sure it would be here the next day. So I said ok. Oh well. So they called me the next day (Thursday) 3 days later... saying they had it. So I go and when am getting there they give me the bs that, that deal I was getting is over. Like wtf. How the fuck is that my fault. I payed a hold on phones they didn't have and yet I come to activate an account and they give me a fucked up excuse, That the deal is over.. and they can't get a reach of who ever is in charge . Just came in to set up my business account, I was greeted by the helpful rep. I set up 5 lines set up, the entire process took 1 hour, they had all of the phones and accessories I wanted in stock, and the rep helped with configuring my new IPhone. Over all I was very happy with the service I received. I highly recommend this Verizon branch. read more

I am completely dissatisfied with the service here. My parents went to buy new phones, and have all info transferred from their old phone to new phone. The purchase of the phones went fine, but the transfer of info went horribly. My mother's info was apparently transferred, but they kept asking for my father's password in order to transfer his info. My mother went back and forth from home and the store to try to resolve the issue 3 times, and didn't resolve anything. That evening I logged my father into his Gmail and yahoo accounts, and told him to take both the phones back to Verizon in order for them to transfer his info, and they still told him he needed his password despite being logged into his account already. I received a call from my mother about this issue, so I called the store and tried to find out the problem. The individual I spoke (didn't catch his name) said my father's old phone did not have the Verizon content transfer app, and needed his password in order to upload the app. I asked if I would be able to do it at home, and he said yes, just follow the prompts. I went home that evening, found that the individual was wrong and the app was uploaded on the old phone, and I did not need his password at all to transfer the info. So I don't know if they were trying to pull something or they just didn't want to help my parents. I also ended up looking over my mother's phone, they transferred her contacts and pictures, but they failed to log her into her Gmail account in order to download apps, and back up all her info. You're probably better off going to Granada Hills or Porter Ranch location if you're not tech savvy, and need help. read more
