I have to pay for a set up fee. Is that more of a scam or what? Avoid this place as much as possible. FYI: I asked them if they can waive it because you're not sending up anything. First off, the whole concept of trying to get someone's attention for checking in was a major bitch. We walked in, there were about 8 people sitting around while 2/3 employees were there. We almost walked out until someone actually spoke to us and took our information to be put on the list. Bryan, who actually took our name and helped us was quite nice. Of course he was helping others so obviously busy. It was a good half hour or so till we were actually helped with. Throughout the store, there were only 3 employees working that afternoon. There was some question we had regarding internet service which he helped answered. He answered and explained what questioned we had about the service. Service was nice once we got helped. Furthermore, the whole layout seemed somewhat like an Apple Store. Service was slow as there were only 3 employees working. And the way of checking in, that needs an improvement. There should be someone checking you in or taking your name instead of waiting for one of the staff to put it down. Or have a systems with adding yourself to a waitlist. They were all busy so even when new people walked in, they as well didn't know as how to check in. After being seen, it was good. Bryan was sweet and answered every question we had.

Probably would not have bought the phone if I knew because I travel a lot and buy a sim to switch out in Europe and Japan Toonorah took great care of me and helped straighten out the account which was quite a feat while a very an ious woman hovered, watched our passwords and was a real pain in the butt annoying both us and Toonorah- who had the patience of a saint. If I'd seen the absolutely rude woman sooner I would have done something about it and had her kicked out of the store.

Then 2 hours my phone had the same over heating issue it did before and the glue they used to close the back of the phone case comes off every day. So nothing was fixed, they never called me about ordering a front and back camera to replace on my phone. I don't recommend this place for phone repairs and service, either they switched the battery with an off market brand or kept the original one in there and never did a repair. 25 minutes to fix the phone seemed legit and exceptional but now I think they just didn't care and gave me my phone back with the same issues I was having. The battery drains completely to 0% within an hour and a half. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do because I don't want to go back to this place and my phone has to he under a fan when it charges or I power down, especially when I have to be somewhere without a charger. All they did was make more problems and take my money with no customer satisfaction. I wouldn't give them 1 star but I have to in order to post this They responded to this on Google saying they tried to call me and that the camera parts were ordered and ready to install but i never got a voice mail or missed call from them about it, why would I go back and bring my phone in if they did not fix the first issue i has with the battery? I ended up directing my questions to another employee (the girl with braids) just to try to get basic information. When she couldn't help either, I asked if they could check with their group or see if there was any way to help me. It was very uncomfortable because I could clearly see them texting about me instead of actually trying to resolve the issue. There was also a third employee helping two other customers who looked visibly annoyed the entire time, which made the whole environment feel unwelcoming. I don't know if they were having a long day or what, but as a customer, that shouldn't come across this way.
