I don't yelp much but this is worth to get posted. I walked in last week looking to transfer my number from tmobile. A guy name hong helped me. He said he would ask me couple questions to see what fit me best which was a plus. After the questions he explained to me about a 2 year contract and edge. he broke down the prices to me and showed me the saving. I asked him if i can get free accessories and he said a case and screen protector. Then i asked him for a car charger also. he said he would get in trouble for it but he agreed. My family has been coming to this Verizon store for years now and we've seen a lot of staff changes. In the past, service wasn't that great, but this time William and another girl there (not quite sure her name) were both extra helpful! He provided excellent service and solved all our phone issues. He made sure that we were comfortable and hydrated the whole time we were waiting. While we were waiting to get our phone changed, two other groups of customers came in and they were both served equally well with great service and friendly smiles. Another bonus is the bakery next to this store. They have a lot of goodies like bread, cakes, and dimsum that you can get while waiting. read more

I totally agreed with what Aaron R. said although I don't know him. over $75.00 was gone because of sale tax for free stuff, signed up the protection insurance plan without my approval, and Verizon refused to honor the rebate because the new phone was refurbished one which was not informed.. Do not ever shop here or their store on main street. Ive shopped at both and been screwed and lied to. At this store the manager even came over and promised me a discount on my monthly bill. To keep it brief these guys will lie to you to make a sale. If you ever do business here get everything in writing or on video. They also play all kinds of crazy games with merchandise. They tell you you can get a 50 dollar jetpack for free but want to charge you 50 dollars for a cheap pair headphones. They tell you in order to get this special deal you have to get insurance and you can cancel it later. THEY ARE NOT AN OFFICIAL VERIZON STORE, but try and seem so by their name. This is BS! I paid the total of $160 cash service fees to switch over to Verizon and was told my activation fee will be waived on my bill. Angela lied to me and told me her manager couldn't do it... then why did she tell me that her manager can do it at first place? The reason she asked me to pay cash and not by credit card because she didn't meet her quota for the month and want to save it for next month. I felt bad and helped the girl out and this is what I get? Now I understand why she didn't meet her monthly quota. I will file and report to Verizon how shady of a business this place runs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Go to a real retailer store. read more

DO NOT STEP FOOT INTO THE STORE!!!!! My family and I had gone to this Verizon dealer store for many years when it was called JW Wireless before it changed names and possibly owners. However, now it is basically run by people who are out to cheat people out of money and put fraudulent charges for cell phone features that customers never authorized. We got new phones using our upgrade at this store last year. When we purchased the phones, the customer service person asked if we wanted to add phone insurance to the account. We said no, but then he convinced to get us and he would give us a discount on a phone accessory for the same amount that the first month's insurance charge would cost. He assured us that the insurance can be cancelled at any time without penalty. A month later, I called Verizon directly to cancel the insurance on one of the lines we upgraded at the store. But the insurance mysteriously got added back 2 days later and I was charged for it in my next billing cycle. Not only did they add insurance back on that line, they also added it to another line in our family plan. When we found out about the insurance charges, I called Verizon directly and they told me that it was done by someone at 4G Wireless and that in my account it was noted that someone on my account walked into the store and authorized the addition of the insurance. i was physically on the other side of the country on the date that I supposedly walked into the store and made this change. Luckily, Verizon was able to cancel the insurance and credit me for the fraudulent charges that were incurred. I called 4G Wireless and the "manager" Leo gave some made up excuse about how their system was acting up that one day and they were in another customer's account who wanted to add insurance and somehow it got added to mine. How in the world did they access my account without my authorization, unless they store my authorization information in their system? And if they know it happened, why wouldn't they have reversed it immediately? The explanation that the manager gave me was very shady and it sounded more like a made up excuse and explanation. What really bothered me was that he did not even bother to apologize until I pointed out that he hasn't even offered an apology or a solution to this problem. He finally said that he would refund my account for those charges, but I told him that was useless because Verizon already did that. Once it was clear that they were caught adding features to people's account without their knowledge or authorization there was really nothing more that the "manager" could say or do. I have filed a report with Verizon corporate that this "Authorized Verizon dealer" is doing this to their customers. What really irks me is that while I look at my bill, many other people do not, especially the majority of 4G Wireless' clientele -- middle-aged to elderly Chinese people who go into this store because they speak Chinese and can't read their bills because it's in English. If this happened to me, I am willing to bet that 4GWireless is definitely taking advantage of them as well! PLEASE PLEASE please save yourself the headache and maintain your trust in mankind... and DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I've learned my lesson and I will now only go into actual Verizon corporate stores and not any authorized dealers. read more

Went to get help with transferring my contacts from old phone to new phone. My phone was an old flip phone and they weren't able to help because the phone wasn't working. But they helped me in many other ways. They checked my plan and were able to get me a better plan to save me money. They showed me a promotion that I didn't know about and I was able to get a tablet for free. They updated my account and both Leo Lin and Luis, the district manager was there and both were very knowledgeable and very helpful. I will return again if I need help from Verizon. read more

Would really give zero star if possible. When upgrading an Iphone X my friend paid 248 up front which at the time she was told it was the tax and upgrade fee. Later she realize the charge is much more than simply the tax and the upgrade fee (about 130 more). When she trying to ask the sales, the sales first lying say that it is the activation fee. When veen told there should be no activation fee for upgrade, the sales then start lying say that it is actually the upgrade fee. When later been told the upgrade fee should be only $30 not $150 he then show bad attitude and say you can return if you are not happy. Saying it is the "service fee" that every store will charge which I do not think any store did since I visit lots of cell phone store before. When try to return the phone back to store the other salesperson keep saying the phone cannot be returned and need to wait for that particular salesperson to be in store. What? Then once we came back they lock the store and will not open door and pretend it is closed. By the way this store front door is always locked even during open time and you have to knock on the door for someone inside to open door for you. When I first went there this seems weird but not I get that, this is to lock unsatisfying customer out so they could pretend there is no one inside. Really really bad store. Afterward I call their company and find out the extra $130 was charged for the cell phone case, the screen protector and a charging line they gave to my friend which they state those items are free to her because she is a loyal customer and doing the upgrade. It is really bad to rip off customer like this. I guess they could do it because most customers go their has did not speak English well and not aware they have been ripped off. Afterward I called the company customer service line. The company's customer service were helpful and polite and promised that we could return the phone to any of their store for the full refund though so I have nothing against Victra itself just beware of this store. I would also suggest anyone who has ever buy anything from this store to go back and check their invoice to make sure you have not been overcharged by this store. read more

ZERO stars. DO NOT TRUST LEO! ALL LIES!!! The worst Verizon retail store in this area. It's a shame that they are destroying the brand for Verizon. Came in to this store hoping to find Humphrey, however, lady in the store says he no longer works here. Got a jet pack due to the older one got lost but was lied to that it was the newest in the market. Had to come back to exchange for a newer model. When questioned to why they had to lie, manager Leo says that all devices are the same. But they still charged me $50 instead of $30 for the older model. It took them a week to order the new model when Leo says it will take 3-4 days. Contacted Verizon customer service regarding the horrible service and was told that what manager Leo informed us is WRONG. We should have bought a device for $100 at Walmart instead of signing for a new contract. Went back to the store within the 14 days return policy. Leo charged us $35 restocking fee. Out of $95 total due to the store charging $20 sign up fee, plus $40 new line fee and $35 restocking fee. We would have had a new device without all this hassle if Leo did business the right way. Now, we will never trust this business again. CROOKS. DO NOT SHOP here!!!! read more
