I have been coming here for many years whenever I need to get a new phone or change phone and internet service. Only downside is the small parking lot. I always get good service here from Tony and Jenny. I don't know how Tony does it, but handling both phone and customers is tough! This store is, by far, one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever been to. The owners of the store, Jenny, and her father, Tony, don't seem to know what the notion of customer service is. Neither of them greet you upon entering the store. They are also rude and condescending to their customers. I've even heard Tony insult one of his customers directly in front of me! Jenny and Tony are simply assholes. There's no better way to put it. Tony lacks any knowledge about the things he sells, and anything that comes out of his mouth should be considered complete and utter bullshit. He belittles his customers whenever they ask questions, and then answers those questions with bs. He doesn't care about the customers' concerns or questions as long as he's making money. Jenny is a bit better than her father, but she still does poorly in that very important area called customer service. She often has very little time to pay attention to you in the store since she always seems to be busy with one thing or another. Her hours are never normal, and you'll never know if she'll be in the store. When she answers your questions, she seems to be devoid of any life or enthusiasm, and she seems so irritated to have to answer you and deal with you, a paying customer. She also doesn't seem very concerned with any problems you have. For example, she's neglected to reach me even after I attempted numerous times to resolve a problem (it still hasn't been resolved, and I am being charged way more than necessary each month--and it's been many months). She seems to hate her job. And with an asshole father like that, I can't blame her. Furthermore, Wireless Central is quite hard to reach. Calling their store usually takes several attempts before they pick up. Jenny and Tony pay the most minimal amount of attention to their customers, who, I repeat, ARE PAYING. On top of that, they act like asshats when they do provide their horrible customer service. It's so unhelpful and full of bs, that it's not even worth waiting for them to provide customer service. By far the worst and most unprofessional service I have ever been provided. I've actually given myself half a day to cool off as to write as objective as a review as I possibly can, but thinking over the events of my experience here only gets my blood boiling again. I was having issues with lighting up the screen on my smart phone. Nowadays, nearly everyone can agree how inconvenienced life becomes with an inoperable mobile device. I was frantic to get the phone fixed and was recommended by a family member to this establishment to fix the broken screen. The day I dropped off my phone, the owner quoted me $250 and guaranteed the phone would be fixed later the same day. When I went back that same afternoon expecting to pick up the phone, Jenny told me the phone wasn't yet ready due to some issues with acquiring the parts and to return the following week. Yeah, I was slightly peeved that I left the phone there in addition to driving another 20 minutes to return for pick-up under the promise that it would be finished, but whatever, mistakes happen, I can wait a few more days. Before heading over the following week, I called and was greeted by an impatient woman who abruptly discontinued the phone call before I could get more than a few words in. Something along the lines of, "It's not ready yet. I call you. I call you ok? *click*" Trying to calm myself down before calling back again, I am now told that the parts still have NOT been acquired and they will need an additional week to fix the phone. Ok, this time...I'm upset. Did they even bother to take a look at the phone prior to taking it in so they can give the customer a REASONABLE time estimate as to when the item would be taken care of? I left my phone with them over a week ago only because they told me it would be ready right away. If I had known, I would have taken it somewhere else. Not only that, but I have been approached with rudeness and impatience the entire way. I decide to give them 1 more week simply because the family member claims to not have any issues with the owner in the past. I hold off on calling for updates an entire week and also receive no call regarding my phone. After a week and a few days, I call back. They now tell me that the parts need to be ordered from Korea and that I would need to wait another 2 weeks. At this point. I'm done. Completely fed up. I told them that I would like to pick up my phone and asked them if it was ready in store. Jenny assured me that is was. A week later, I call back again because I now have the time to pick it up and, again, Jenny assures me that yes, it is there for you to pick up. Fast-forward to today. It's been a while since my first drive there. I plug in the address on the receipt they originally provided me, and it takes me to an unfamiliar plaza. I have no idea where I am, and I see the store no where in sight. I call the number - no answer. I receive a call from an unknown number and the owner tells me that I am at the old location (WHY...WHYYY would they give customers receipts with an invalid number and address? I just don't understand...) Following his directions, I get to the new location. He has no idea what phone I am speaking of or where it is. He calls Jenny, and asks me to take the call. As I'm speaking to her, I feel myself getting more and more upset. I calmly ask her why I was told that the phone was IN STORE and ready for retrieval only to be told upon arrival that it was at another location. She simply replies, "Well, it's not there." There was no apology. There was no remorse. All they say is that the phones are sent to a man named Allen to be fixed and Allen will only fix phones if he is assured the customers want the phones to be fixed. It's not their fault if the customers are indecisive. (WHAT?! From the beginning, we've told them that we wanted the phone to be fixed. It was after 3 weeks of waiting and lack of communication and follow-up from the business that we decided, hey, I think I want to go elsewhere) I hand the phone back to the owner so he can sort things out with Jenny, and I hear "I don't even want to fix the phone for him anymore. F*cking idiot." Nope. Nope. Never again. I will set aside my unwillingness to drive back later this afternoon to pick up the still broken phone so I can stop dealing with their unprofessionalism once and for all. tl;dr Phone was not fixed after a month of waiting. No communication from the store or follow-up phone calls regarding the status of the phone. Ridiculously rude and careless service providers. Told the unfixed device was ready for pick up in store only to find out it was not and had to drive back later that day for retrieval. Heard employee (manager? daughter of owner? no idea..her name is Jenny) say: "I don't even want to fix the phone for him anymore. F*cking idiot." There are MUCH better wireless dealers around the area where you can be sure to be provided quality service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

This review is for the father, Tony. I have done business here few years. And referred friends to here, because Jenny is very nice, honest and efficient. However, the experience with Tony is horrible. 1. I purchased 3 phones here on a Sunday night. And pay for the next day shipping. However, the phones didn't arrive on the next day, not even the day after. 2 phones arrive on Wed, and 1 they said will arrive on Thursday. I don't know what's the point I have to pay for next day shippings if I am getting the phone 3-4 days after. I tried to talk to Tony, but he just keep saying is not his problem, is T mobile's problem, Verizon's problems. At the end, it is not his problem. 2. I told Tony specifically to unlock just one of the phones. Told him at least 2 times. Then at the end, he unlocked both, and demands I have to pay for it. And keep telling me nothing wrong with my phone unlock. And I told him to unlock all 3...... I never told him just to unlock 1..... 3. I specifically gave him 2 credit cards to separate the charges in 2 transaction. At the end, all the charges are messed up. I tried to talk to him... Tony responses is just keep making excuses.... the card i gave is for that, that card is for this... blah blah blah..... I can accept people make mistakes here and there. We are not perfect. But I just can't stand the making excuses attitude, and try to twist the fact. And even try to accuse you back. It is just very dishonest. At the end, everything is messed up. this place definitely deserves 8stars Jenny will save/waive you as much as $$$(upgrade fee hidden fees) as she can on ur bill/handset and she will only offer you the service you need, no hidden charges, no big surprises on the bill I was paying 120 a month for talk txt unlimited 2gb data, but i was only using 500min a month, and she was able to adjust my bill to 80 a month and also waived upgrade fee for my new iphone 5. *all iphones are sold at same exact price at every cell phones store, but she will save(bill/upgradefee) and monitor your account for you. way better customer service than apple store or att store.* if you wanna save money on your bill and make adjustment on your 3digit crazy cell phone bills, this is the place to go. thumbs up a+++ read more

Thought it was just me, but turns out other people have had terrible experiences with the dad of the shop. Our family usually prefers to deal with Jenny because she's more helpful, but today her dad set my dad off and it was all bad... Basically, he doesn't give good customer service. If a customer wants to fix his phone because it's glitchy, then a customer should be able to. A customer should NOT be told to just keep a problematic phone, and should NOT listen to rants. In our experience, the dad has been very pushy, patronizing, and annoying. If we only ever had to deal with Jenny, then we'd like it here. I've seen two other girls here, don't know too much about them, but I think one is Jenny's sister. The father is a cheapskate and is only concerned about squeezing money out of you. Stay away from him, if possible. On the other hand, Jenny will go out of her way to help you get what you need/what even if it seems impossible. STAY AWAY first off, they hike up prices on EVERYthing secondly, and this is the most crucial, they will even try to rake in sales even AFTER you have signed your contract.. on mine, i have two lines open.. only one has unlimited everything, the other only has talk time.. beginning the next month of renewing my contract, they put an extra data plan on the line that has only talk.. TWICE.. i initially gave them the benefit of the doubt for them to correct this and was given bs for 2 months before i took action in my own hands i had to call tmobile to put a password on my account and even told them i would file a case with the fcc through my attorney if my account continued to be compromised whoever have already done business with these people, i'd be very careful and be sure to check your statements carefully.. these people are very shady and should not be allowed to handle sensitive information such as people's credit cards/social security numbers read more

My family and I just recently switched from Verizon to AT&T and my brother decided to go here because a girl that works there is a friend of one of my brother's friends. I actually went to with him to the store to pick it up because I was anxious to toss my Palm 650... piece of sh*t phone... She was so freakin' nice and super helpful. She apparently had everything ready, did the contract for us, and would submit the rebates for us too. So all my brother did was pay cash and we had our phones. It helps that she's really cute too, hahaha. But today I went in to ask her some stuff about my Blackberry and she was able to answer every question but had no hesitations asking her CS rep or whoever it was she was calling to get answers. I have to disagree with Jawny V. In my opinion, if you're going to make a conclusion, you have to back it up with the facts as to why you came to that conclusion, otherwise it means nothing. I was introduced to Jenny and Wireless Central through a friend who is their customer. I figured I would give Jenny and Wireless Central a try because I am hoping that I can cut to the chase through a friend's recommendation. I am a very picky consumer and take everything stated from any salesperson with a grain of salt, and require what they orally promise to be in writing. I'm the person that reads the fine print...maybe because that's what I do as my day job. In other words...I could be Jenny's worst nightmare customer if what she promised wasn't delivered, i.e. breach of contract etc. I signed up 3 phone lines with Jenny. I had specific requirements (family lines / small business accounts etc.) and she catered to them without hassle and without griping. She gave me her best bottom-line deal without me having to haggle. I had done my research previously and was satisfied with what she offered. When I have issues with my bills due to unique circumstances, she was on top of it. I would either contact her by phone, leave a vmail, or send her an email. Although she may or may not respond immediately (which I understand because she is one person handling so many accounts...and as a small business owner myself...it isn't easy to return everyone's call immediately without getting work done on customers behalf), she won't forget you and will get the task done, sooner or later (which isn't that long). Jenny assisted me on my rebates with the cell phone service providers and I got my full rebates in a timely manner. I dread rebates because companies will make any excuse to not pay them if you don't follow their instructions perfectly. Jenny knows what she was doing and got me my rebate without any problems. Perhaps I treat everyone with respect, and I expect that in return. She has returned my respect with good customer service. She now has me as a loyal customer because she has proven to me that she has the integrity to deliver what she promises in timely manner. If she doesn't know how to solve your problem, she will research it and get back to you with the solution and actually fix it for you. read more

I always come here whenever I need to deal with my phones in any way and I always bring my friends and family here. They have always helped to the greatest of their extent and even stay far past midnight (sometimes to early hours in the day) just to make sure my service is working. The people working here are always incredibly knowledgeable about everything and always answer every question in detail, no matter how many times and different ways you ask the question just because you want to make sure you've got it. They also always find us the best deals and give the best advice. I have never had a bad experience with this store or the people that work in it. In fact, these people have done whatever they could to alleviate and solve a terrible experience I have been having with my service provider. I always recommend this place to my friends and, even though it is sometimes an hour's drive for me (in moderate traffic) to get to this place, I always make the journey. read more

My sister ordered a phone that should've came in a few days after ordering, but ended up taking well over a week. Although they were extremely busy with other clients I waited for my turn. Once I spoke to Tony he showed me a couple phone options. He also showed me screen protectors and charging cables as a cell phone store should. They have many options and it's a one stop shop. I brought my son's galaxy s3 in to have the glass repaired. He had dropped it pretty hard & the glass was badly damaged. There was also a deep crack by home screen button. Brought it in on a Tuesday and it was ready the next day. We didn't mind the wait at all. The phone looked brand new when we picked it up. AND the crack by home screen button was gone! By Friday (the same week) the glass had cracked again. When we noticed the crack the store was already closed so I called Jenny the following day. I explained to her what happened and she asked me to take it in so her tech could take a look at it. I wasn't able to drop it off until Monday. I called her Tuesday and she explained to me what happened (I didn't quite understand but it sounded legit). The tech was going to charge me but Jenny covered it! She explained that they were no longer going to just fix the glass on these phones but the LCD as well for a higher price. I think that is best so that they avoid the glass easily cracking. I picked up the phone Wednesday afternoon (this time it took a little longer but we were totally okay with that) & it looked great! I was very happy with the overall service. I will definitely bring our other phones here if we need repairs in the future. Oh and I read the previous reviews about her dad being rude and he wasn't bad at all.
