Unfortunately, the representative mistakenly transferred my number (ending in 9805) instead. This error occurred while I was en route to a colleague's 30-year retirement celebration, leaving me without service. After returning home to connect to Wi-Fi and speaking with customer service a second time, the representative confirmed the mistake and recommended that I visit a local AT&T store for assistance. I called the San Leandro store around 7:00 PM to inquire about wait times and was advised that no appointment was necessary. Upon arrival, Ms. Christina Weng assisted me immediately. She demonstrated exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency, resolving the issue and restoring service to both phones in less than 20 minutes. Her outstanding support completely turned around a very frustrating experience. Ms. Weng truly deserves high recognition--potentially a raise--for her excellent performance.
