My SIM card decided to malfunction over the weekend so I visited this store in hopes of repairing it. I was fully prepared for a complicated fix or a long wait, but the store associates that helped me (I believe their names were Nate and Natalie) made it a quick fix. We've been going to this store for years and don't typically have issues but today we went in with an issue with one of our phones and the sales person not only was no help, which we understood it may not have been an in-store fixable issue, but his attitude was completely rude and unhelpful and he seemed very I knowledgeable beyond "you need a new phone" without looking at the phone. read more

Read every last word before you sign anything: Do not take anyone at their word if you go. My husband needed an upgrade and that went fine. We actually got him a new iPhone 16 free. I told the two young men that "took care" of us point-blank that we are in our 60's, don't game with our phones, watch movies or play music: Said no to the insurance on the phone. Took advantage of autopay because it was a saving. We were told our monthly cost for the two of us would be "around one hundred dollars". Two weeks ago, I get billed for about twice that amount and on June 27th another withdrawal for $241.17! I spent about an hour on the phone yesterday and it turns out that when I made my first call to complain about the extra that the people at the Sea Girt store tacked on anyway, I was charged because Verizon considered it a "Plan Change". I don't know how these people sleep at night. Lesson learned? Free phone or not, when I want a new phone, I will watch for an Apple special and buy it directly from Apple. read more

My wife's phone died and we went to Verizon in Sea Girt and Bobby waited on us and we have to thank him for his time and effort and explained our options . After 3 hours he had to pair our Apple Watches with the phones which was not easy as we did not have our passwords but it is fine now. What great service read more

If you are considering Verizon ONE TALK for business reconsider and use a local provider that is well reviewed. From the start of the process of transitioning over to Verizon ONE talk the customer service was horrendous. Both the back office and the technical support. Getting an answer from anyone on how to get the caller ID set up properly, functionality of the phones or why our system continued to drop calls. The most useless contacts at Verizon ONE talk in my area is Jermaine Dangler. He is a "specialist-Retail SMB account manager of Verizon Business Group. He won't return calls or emails and if he does the information is not pertinent or helpful I anyway. read more

I had an issue with my iPhone. They didn't really try to do anything to attempt to help fix the issue. Rather just send me out the door to run to Apple or call Apple support to assist. If you sell a product to me the consumer. You should be able to assist when the product YOU SOLD (not Apple) malfunctions when I pay for protection plans and this happens under a year of purchase. read more

I came to Verizon after my phone was stolen, and Antonio was the best service I could've asked for. I had little wait time, all staff was super helpful and accommodating, and I was out of the store with a new phone within the hour. This store should be called the "just say no" store. My husband tried to purchase an iPhone 6 at full retail price from Sea Girt, approx an $800 purchase. He was told in the store, "no" we can't do that. However he was able to call Verizon customer service, they sold him the phone and shipped it. They also told him that the store should have sold it to them. That same Iphone had problems within the first month of having it. We brought it in for replacement since we bought it from Verizon and we were told "No" bring it to Apple. I went in this week and asked about purchasing a phone at full retail and was told "no" we can't do that. Guess what, I called customer service and they let me purchase a phone and activate the phone on my companies corporate account, which you also said "No" to. So I am just saying "No" from now on to your terrible customer service and your store. read more

I'm here to return the charger they sold me why my iPhone 8- I was told I needed to purchase one but one I got home I realized there was one In the box. An older gentlemen came in to fix his phone. Found out he was 93 years old after speaking to his daughter... he needed to use the bathroom. They spoke down upon him and said he needed to wait... he ended up going to his car after waiting 10 minutes. I said something to an employee and they said sorry were busy we can't bring him in the back. Everyone is extremely Rude in here!!!! Avoid!!! read more

The Worst customer service EVER.. i should have learned my lesson years ago when they wiped all my contacts and then denied it ! I've only gone there for convience, once to replace a phone and the guy couldn't get rid of me fast enough because they were closing in a half hour and I had questions . Surly, bored "customer service" reps in Sea Girt store with attitude to boot. Is this the best you've got? A lack of eye contact, courtesy and rude demeanor, especially Ben. Yikes! Contacting corporate for sure. What a waste of time and energy. Further, and I'm still in shock, Ben told me he had "enough," when Elizabeth was inept at "fixing" my phone and demanded I leave the store. After a few misunderstandings on my part, I finally acknowledged that my phone had been water damaged, although I have no idea how it happened. Nonetheless, the manager and Sharon physically showed me proof that it had been. I was not a happy camper, but they did bend over backwards to give me a very sweet deal on an iPhone, within their corporate guidelines. Yesterday I dropped my phone in the water and it was ruined. I was expecting today's experience to get a new phone to be just as bad of a time. I went into the store yesterday because the left side of my phone was not working. I dropped my phone in august so it is my fault but when the one side stopped working i needed help. I NEED my emails and text for my clients 24/7 and i explained this to the women at the desk (brown hair and young) After getting into my account and seeing she i didnt have an upgrade she then called the manager over and he couldn't have looked any LESS interested in trying to find a solution so that was a WASTE of my time. His head was down the whole time in his phone for his response and then he stepped away. She then started to explain to me why they couldn't help me and i started to ask a question and her response was "if you let me finish talking". After that comment I was DONE. I then asked her how much is was to cancel- We have 6 lines with Verizon thats personal and 4 through my Fiances Business by the way- She told me $250 and told me to have a nice day. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT. I went to AT@T later that night and switched all 6 lines plus the business lines over. they could not have been more helpful and friendly. GOOD RIDDENS VERIZON and you can thank the two sales people at the Seagirt store for this. read more
