There was another Associate present sitting with a couple at a desk as well. Something about this young lady gave me bad vibes. There was no business interaction going on from what I observed. My business was finally concluded and I left. The couple was still on the premises and the young lady had gone outside to speak with them. 2 hours later I receive a call with someone trying to SCAM me. It was a local scam I am convinced since it involved being told I need to return to Sebring I had missed a Federal Jury summons. Wanted me to keep the phone line be opened as I traveled there. I kept telling my sister this is a SCAM. Long story short I contacted my Attorney and they called Highlands County Sheriff. Beware if you use the Sebring Store. Sketchy Vibes. Put my phone on a Cyber Security Lockdown. Be safe out there your information is valuable and people sell it.

This store took the iPhone in trade and he opened a new service with them. I was never called for authorization of this transaction or trade in of a phone in MY NAME. They said they didn't need my permission as he was an adult. WRONG!!! I called T-Mobile customer service and they told me this was not their way of doing business and I should have been notified before the transaction was made. Told me they could not help and that I needed to have that store do the right thing. They did pay most of the remaining balance on the contract I had on the iPhone but only because I had no choice due to their refusal to reverse the transaction. To me that was pretty underhanded and is not T-Mobile policy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!! I would rate a 0 star rating if I could have.
