His current smartphone was becoming difficult to use with his eye problems, tremors, and memory issues. He needed what a lot of folks call a Senior Phone. He wanted to stay with these folks so off we went. Accessibility- My neighbor uses a walker and handicapped parking and access to the store were no problem. Once inside, he would have appreciated a more comfortable place to sit. Ambience- The usual deal, it was clean and tidy. Well organized displays and service counter. Everything was easy to navigate. Customer Service- The best word is solid. We were seen immediately. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and comfortable with why I was there. We were looking at Senior Phones within a minute or two. My neighbor was able to test his ability with the choices. Product- He had no problem finding a phone he liked and the price was right! There was a little bit of pressure to change plans. I put a stop to that with my neighbor's permission! Our guy busied himself with transferring the data. Total time in the store was less than an hour. Conclusion- This was a very decent visit! They are especially wonderful for their unique approach to the ubiquitous and pain-in-the-ass key FOB battery replacement. You know the deal; your car starts yelling at you about the battery. You need to dig out the manual and find out that the battery is a CR27abd34567+- who knows! Then you need to check three places to find it. Then you need to fiddle with the FOB without chopping a chunk out of your finger to open it. Don't forget the child-proof battery packaging that almost takes a nuclear bomb to open. Life is too short for this! I'd rather spend the time drinking wine! Instead, stop by one of these places and throw your entire key chain on the counter and say, "Replace my battery please." You don't even need to take it off your key chain. The very nice guy or gal will work their magic and done! It might take five minutes. Now comes the unique part. If this is your first time, their going to tell you that the battery costs about $20. You might say "Whoa" but wait; that is for LIFETIME free replacement at any location across the country. They use a Sharpie to put a mark on each side of the battery so they know it is theirs. That is so cool! Most folks discover that their key FOB battery lasts about a year. If you keep your car for a while this is a very decent deal. As you can tell I'm a fan and this location has been around over ten years and is awesome!

His Weed Wacker needed a new rechargeable battery. He went to his local hardware store. Nope, they didn't have it. Next, he tried his big box store. Nope, not there either. Finally, he tried his everything store. You know, the one that begins with a "W." No luck! He's not much of an internet guy so he came to helpful neighbor Steven B. Yup, that's me. A quick search and this place popped up. A quick call and bingo, they have it! I popped him in my car and off we went. Arriving- These fine folks are on CR 17A West about a minute from US Route 27, so they are very easy to find. As you may guess from their name, their focus is on commercial needs, but they also accommodate residential folks. The parking lot is just fine with easy access. Ambience- Spotless and nicely arranged and once again, focused on commercial stuff. Customer Service- We very easily nabbed a very nice, friendly guy and showed him our dead battery. It took him maybe 90 seconds and boom, we had a new battery in our hands at a price lower than my very thankful neighbor expected!
