We were in town in Winter Haven visiting friends we have not seen in 3+ years…read more As I write this review we are on day 3 of no internet service due to the incompetent service provided by Frontier Internet representatives. It starts with a sales rep writing up a new service for a residence 2 houses over from my friend's house and putting the wrong address. Then the incompetent technician who disconnects my friends service (who is paid up for the month) to connect the new service and sees the wrong address when calling in and still disconnects service to a paying customer who's account is in good standing. The incompetence continues with my friend's wife on the phone over the past two days for 8+ hours trying to have them turn her service back on. Did I mention she works from home and lost over $500 in income due to no internet service. I thought Comcast was the worst provider but Frontier just hit the #1 worst company to deal with. I told my friend to dump them and he is looking at his options. Stay away from Frontier. These companies are quick to take your money and couldn't care less about customer service.........

I tried to come and pay my pawn off before I've had knowledge of the so called "FIRE" (which looked more like robbery to me with the doors being ripped up and forced open) I was given a card and told to call back in a few days when the store would be open. The store did not open for weeks to come. I didn't stop at 1 call I called multiple times ( phone records for evidence) and each time I called the same response was given " The store will be open in about a week you can come and check if we your item". Over the course of the stores closing I've misplaced my wallet so I'm currently in the process of getting a replacement ID to pick up "my item". I was notified that I would still have to pay my full pawn fee plus a late fee. I'm an ok paying my original pawn fee but when a customer has come to pay for their item and they are unable too because of a problem on the company's side the least that can be done is to give an exception on the late fee which was not the customers fault. Also if they are going to charge the full amount plus late I feel as if I should be getting my ORIGINAL ITEM THAT I CAME IN WITH not one of your unsold REPLACEMENTS. As soon as I pick up my item I feel the need to file a report on this store. The way the situation was handled was very unorganized. I will now be boycotting CASH AMERICA Pawn Shop.

Manager said no that is not the case he mentioned to Patrick to take care of him. He sits me down ask for my number told me I should had received a notification. He then says I gave him the wrong number and I stated the phone number is on the sales invoice he had rubber banded around the phone. He gets upset and goes to the manager and says you take care of him. It's crazy because this is my second phone that I trust cellular sales to sale me. Never again I'll just order it from Apple website.

So I went in for a septum piercing and the manager with the back did it for me, it hurt very bad and afterward I noticed how high it was but I didn't say anything abt it bc I trusted the professional. Side note I also had trouble keeping the fastenings on it was like the didn't fit and even came back for a replacement and saw the guy again and he didn't say anything abt it being pierced incorrectly. After two days the piercing fell out and I let it bc I wasn't happy with it anyway. A couple months after I got a tat by a former employee that had left that shop and they told me the manager did coke before every piercing so I'm sure that had something to do with it!! Months after that I went to Atomic tats in Lakeland and it was a much more professional experience- the piercer checked my anatomy before piercing and it hardly hurt at all, he confirmed that angry elephant pierced my cartilage!!
