Stay away from AT&T internet WI FI service if you live in Okeechobee Fl. Sketchy at best. AT&T business practices are literally criminal in my opinion, try dropping a service and find out for yourself, at the AT&T store I was given things on my contract I didn't ask for... that cost me money every thing about my "upgrade" was a scam. I visited this location yesterday to make a change to my phone service. KJ a very competent and nice young man assisted with the difficult process for me. There was another Associate present sitting with a couple at a desk as well. Something about this young lady gave me bad vibes. There was no business interaction going on from what I observed. My business was finally concluded and I left. The couple was still on the premises and the young lady had gone outside to speak with them. 2 hours later I receive a call with someone trying to SCAM me. It was a local scam I am convinced since it involved being told I need to return to Sebring I had missed a Federal Jury summons. Wanted me to keep the phone line be opened as I traveled there. I kept telling my sister this is a SCAM. Long story short I contacted my Attorney and they called Highlands County Sheriff. Beware if you use the Sebring Store. Sketchy Vibes. Put my phone on a Cyber Security Lockdown. Be safe out there your information is valuable and people sell it. read more

I totally retract my previous review of this place from a few years ago. They have truly come a very long way. I've been there twice in as many months and both times Matt has helped me. He is extremely knowledgable, professional attentive and efficient. One cant ask for more. Frantasia helped with all of my new line and transfer needs with my new line. And new phones. She stayed with us and saw our whole process to the end and made sure she stayed on point with us as she helped other people in the store she hustled!!!! Minor details but all is good I highly recommend talking to her for your needs. She's very attentive! read more

The Customer Service agent that helped me was super helpful but another employee, David B, was super annoyed with my children. I love AT&T service and I have taken my kids into multiple AT&T stores... kids will be kids... they talk and touch stuff... but I have never felt like my kids were a "bother" until today. My kids all have phones, new phones, with AT&T... it's not cheap... especially when they are all new iPhones... Customer Service goes a long way! Bad customer service goes further. I don't know if David B. has kids or not but showing them how to be disrespectful is not a good example and it certainly doesn't help! read more

Terrible customer service by the young woman with long dark hair who serviced us. She talked so fast we couldn't understand her. We asked her to please speak more slowly and then she started talking down to us. We wanted a replacement phone but when she started reading off the details AFTER she sold us what we thought was another 16gb like the old phone we had, she said we never said 16gb, and she had written us up for an 8gb. Then she started blaming us for the error, and said we had to pay a $35 restock fee to change the order to a 16gb!! I called ATT right there and the agent on the phone said she would remove the fee. Meanwhile the store agent continued treating us like we were inept, she never apologized, and it was the WORST experience I've ever had with ATT. And I've had ATT for over 20 yrs. very disappointing and unhappy experience. I recommend anyone needing ATT service in Sebring, please drive anywhere else but this store in Sebring, FL. Sadly, it is the only AT&T store within many miles. read more
