Now, I am trying to get the upgrade cancelled so I can upgrade at BestBuy before traveling tomorrow. Another inconvenience passed on to the customer. I will never set foot in this store again. If they don't have the wherewithal to make sure customers are cared for before arriving, I can only assume their customer service is the same in the store. Fair riddance.

I called them and tried to talk to him about it and they wouldn't turn anything back on until I pay $438. I told them my husband has that life line and needed at least the phone for that. They wouldn't turn anything back on until I paid that amount. I think it's pretty sorry when someone has a medical necessity for a telephone and they won't even leave you a way to contact emergency services if necessary. if we didn't have our cell phones we wouldn't even be able to call 911 if we had too. now if I'm gone and he falls or anything he won't even be able to push that button to get help.
