Come to find out...closed on Sunday (hours scraped directly from the door with no update to the website). Now, I am trying to get the upgrade cancelled so I can upgrade at BestBuy before traveling tomorrow. Another inconvenience passed on to the customer. I will never set foot in this store again. If they don't have the wherewithal to make sure customers are cared for before arriving, I can only assume their customer service is the same in the store. Fair riddance.

I called and talked to them and explaind to them what happened and tell them that I was just waitin on my new card and then I would be able to make a payment as soon as I got my new card. They said they would make a note on my account. I thought it was going to be OK. I was out yesterday with my uncle and my husband said that they came out here and disconnected everything. I called them and tried to talk to him about it and they wouldn't turn anything back on until I pay $438. I told them my husband has that life line and needed at least the phone for that. They wouldn't turn anything back on until I paid that amount. I think it's pretty sorry when someone has a medical necessity for a telephone and they won't even leave you a way to contact emergency services if necessary. if we didn't have our cell phones we wouldn't even be able to call 911 if we had too. now if I'm gone and he falls or anything he won't even be able to push that button to get help.

She came over for an evaluation for pricing, even before that gave a ballpark estimate. She showed up on time and communicated really well on when she was heading my way and arriving. She worked hard the whole day!! I could instantly smell the house being 10x cleaner before she even started downstairs! I'm OCD so I get picky about things not being back in their original spot and she definitely took her time making sure if she moved something it went right back. You can see the clean without having to get up close. She took a lot of pride in each step of the cleaning leaving no surface untouched! She made the bathtub that rarely gets used shine! Absolute sham of a business. Together, with SuddenLinkc they hold a corner on the market in the local area, constantly competing to outsource and downgrade their services whenever possible. The service is horrible, customer service takes hours to get ahold of, if you're lucky, and they literally refuse to send technicians out to work on anything. 7 times. SEVEN TIMES I have gotten confirmation that a tech was coming to fix the problem, and then had the tech never show up, only texting me through their automated text service HOURS after the scheduled appointment, which I had to take off work to be there for. read more
