I have NEVER enjoyed going into a communications store before, and likely never will because when your phone goes out and you need one right then and there, that's a pretty shitty feeling, you know,? And that's the only time I ever go into one, because jeez, who likes having to learn a new device or sitting there while they transfer all your worthless crap to a new phone?! Nobody, that's who. So it happened that my Droid crapped out after a mishap on a saturday evening, and I NEEDED my phone. So I took it to this store hoping that they would be able to fix it, but I was prepared to move to another device if needs be. There is a sign-in procedure that I was completely ignorant to, but after waiting a few minutes, someone finally asked if I had signed in and she did it for me. Soon after that, a rep was with me and I told him flat out that I needed an operable phone like... NOW and after determining that my old Droid was not going to work after a cracked screen, I was prepared to upgrade anyway. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He told me my options for getting my hands on a phone RIGHT now and I chose. I had already decided that I was going to upgrade to the newest model of the Turbo and after a few quick questions that are important to my device usage, I was sold and he had me up and running in a VERY short period of time. Dude seemed knowledgeable about the products they sold (though, I only recently discovered that Verizon offers one free screen replacement on my old Turbo, but I didn't know that at the time, and it seems that likely, they didn't either) and was very professional when he realized I had a past due balance on my bill, which I paid right then because I forget about it all the time. He was quick to set up the new phone, get it rolling and I was in and out the door in just under an hour. For my experiences with a phone store in the past, that's not too bad. Now I just gotta go back and see what they know about this free screen replacement on my old device cuz there is a WHOLE LOT of worthless crap on that phone that I simply cannot live without and I need it ASAP! read more

Great place. Great people. Busy, but ordered inside. There's a person to check you in & direct you as needed. There's a customer service desk for upgrades, new activations etc. Hands down they've got it covered with being efficient. Wait time, for me on this particular occasion, was nominal. Only downfall, is it's a little further down Gause Blvd than I care to drive. The area it's situated in is busy, but I guess I'd rather have it there than not at all. read more

I'm not a Verizon customer, but this was the only place I could find a new screen protector to replace a broken one for my precious, little monster's iPad. I prepaid for the glass in advance, and it was shipped in by another store. I was a few days late picking it up, but they had it stored with a post-it with my name and number on it. Ben removed my broken one, cleaned the screen, and did a beautiful job applying the new one. No bubbles, lint, nor cat hair. I was pleasantly impressed. I will definitely be back if I need more Apple accessories. read more

I went to Verizon Wireless and had a great experience. The verizon wireless in Kenner could not help me with my issue. I came to this Verizon and received great service. Taryn the sales rep handled my problem with ease. She had great energy and was very smart about what she was working on. She helped us a whole bunch. read more

Not very service oriented... When I attempted to compare an online offer to the one in the store, the customer service representative simply replied: "I don't know to tell you ". He didn't try to sell me anything; he didn't try to ask my needs; I had a cracked phone; he didn't offer to assist with insurance. Needless to say I left. Absolute worst costumer service ever. Scott the "Manager" is a complete jerk! He didn't even give me a chance to explain to him the issues I was having with my phone. He told me to call the 800 number and maybe they can help me. So I went on to explain issues I was having and he got annoying and called the 800 number on his personal phone... meanwhile I mentioned to him twice to "check Me in" bc there was a long wait. I was more than willing to wait my turn. Well after about 5 other people walked in behind me my husband came in and tried to get him to check us in and the Scott lost his shit and said he WILL NOT help us and basically we needed to leave. We did nothing wrong. He was obviously stressed and having a bad day but no need to take it out on customers!!!! Will never visit this location again. If I were you I would avoid Scott at all cost!! However, I did go to Best Buy basically next door to Verizon. They took care of all my phone problems with a smile on their faces! read more

By far, the WORST customer service ever!!! I bought an iPhone 7 in December and the camera stopped working. I went in to the store and the sales rep by the name of Andrew told me that my phone was still under a manufacturer warranty and that he would order my replacement phone to be delivered no later then 8pm on the next day (Saturday). Saturday came and went and still no replacement phone. I called Saturday night and spoke to the store manager, Brian. I was told I could go in to the store on Sunday and they would replace my phone. When I arrived at the store both Brian and Andrew assisted me. Andrew flat out lied to my face both Friday and Sunday when he told me that he "was pretty sure he told me that I would have the phone by Monday 8pm". Had I been told that on Friday, I would have went to the Apple Store Friday considering I had a very important weekend (my daughters dance recital and birthday party) that I would have loved to take pictures of!!
