Jessica Calles is the only person from Verizon who would help me when my new iPhone 17 Pro Max experienced USB port failure - it stopped transferring data. I have Apple Care and Verizon customer service said it would be at least 2 or 3 weeks before I could get my phone replaced. I went to the nearby Apple Store and they said they could repair the phone in a few hours after receiving the part. I went with Apple. [aside: if the phone can be repaired, I was told by the folks at Apple that the major carriers refer to them for warranty repairs anyway]. The only "problem" was that the repair required a new enclosure and logic board, so a brand new set of IMEI numbers and new serial number. I had to contact Verizon to reactivate the phone. The first woman from Verizon's customer service treated me like I was an idiot for having Apple do the work. She was condescending and rude and claimed I had replaced the phone without Verizon's authorization. By the time I get to Jessica, she noted the new IMEI numbers and reached out to her manager and another contact and had Verizon add the IMEI numbers to their network and got the phone working again. Jessica is the one who got it done, and she is - hands down - the best public-facing employee Verizon has and is the sole reason I didn't cancel my new contracts, return all phones and go with another carrier. Hopefully Verizon will read this and get with her to find out why she's so awesome and then train their other public-facing employees to be like Jessica. read more

Greg was an excellent rep who laid out my payment plans (printed a copy of ever offer) So I could understand better my benefits. This gentleman was very patient in answering my questions made my switch from AT&T to Verizon seamless. Overall great experience, I highly recommend version over AT&T!! read more

Lazy government mentality staff with no communication. Waited 25 mins before walking out (I was 3rd person to walk out) - one person working, 8 people waiting and 4 staffers in the back room that appeared later and who all worked on one customer. The rep told us that we can get a free watch with our new phone upgrade. I asked him what the difference was from our current watch to the new watch upgrade and he said the new one will have the oxygen monitor. When we received the watches to our surprise they were the SE, which is an actual downgrade from our current watches. We would have never upgraded if we weren't misled. Came back to resolve the issue and we stood in the lobby for almost an hour without being offered a seat. They argued with us and are charging us a restocking fee! Unprofessional and terrible customer service. Don't do business with Brian or Angelica! Very argumentative and disrespectful! If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay away! read more

Went in at 12:01 Sunday right when they opened. Two ahead of me. Girl "checked me in" said I would be called in 10 minutes. I got a text that I was checked in. Waited, waited, waited, watched at least 6 people who walked in after me get helped before me. I left after a family of 5 walked in and the guy scrambled to help them out immediately. Went in to upgrade my phone and the rep Charles told us we had a "free upgrade to an unlimited plan" because we'd been customers for 12 years. We told him this sounded too good to be true, that we did not want to pay more per month, etc and he assured us that this upgrade was completely free. We just got our first bill and it's $150 more than we were paying, and now we've spent all morning on the phone with customer service. Essentially we were scammed by Charles, as Verizon is telling us they don't do free upgrades to unlimited plans and they have no idea why he told us that. The best they can do is offer us monthly discounts to partially offset the additional cost, but we are now on the hook for 24 months. Beware of Charles. read more

I've setup 3 phones from this location and have had an awesome experience each time. I've worked with Anthony, who is courteous, knowledgeable and really a nice guy. Whether you're visiting with a specific device in mind or you have no clue which tech you want/need- the staff here are ready to help. I originally setup my Note 5 and the wife's iPhone 6 Plus in mid-2015 and I received excellent service from Anthony to help me take advantage of Verizon's current offers (we were switching providers from AT&T). I left the store with new phones, credits on my account, an a huge upgrade in network/service. This store has every new device and peripheral you can imagine. If it's something spoken about in tech circles- this store carries it. The new LG Tone Studio- check. New Samsung Galaxy S8, check. An aisle dedicated to phone cases, yep. Hands-on stations everywhere so you can hold, interact and pick the best device for your needs- they have that too. The store is clean, well organized and bright. Employees carry devices to search your account, ring you up, etc. so you never have to leave where you are. Verizon's network, in my opinion, in unrivaled. Coming from AT&T I dealt with dead zones constantly- many in critical locations (my work, near home, etc.). I've now been a happy Verizon customer for nearly 2 years and have RARELY experienced any service issues whatsoever. Yes, you are going to pay a bit more for the service but the cliche rings true, "you get what you pay for". I've been back to upgrade my Note 5 to the iPhone 7 Plus. Once again, I took my time asking questions to determine if I wanted the iPhone or a Galaxy S8 Plus. The day I visited, the Samsung rep was on site and she was also very helpful and friendly in answering questions about cell phone tech in general and new Samsung devices like the S8 and Dex. Before I was helped I could hear the same team offering similar opinions and advice to a more novice user- so they were able to scale their exchanges to the consumer's level of knowledge. I've had the employees check in on me to make sure I was happy with my phone (I am) and offered their assistance should I have any issues in the future. read more

The site manager last night Robert provided one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. He took no ownership over my need and the underlying message was "not my issue". When I asked for his name he tried to avoid giving it to me. This is the kind of customer service that loses customers. read more

The manager Kiet was very rude. I am linked to a business account and am do for an upgrade. As I am not the President of the company I am not listed as the Primary contact, however, a F9 note directly below the conatcts name, states I as well as an additinal person, have permission to activate new phones. The manager would not adhere to the note and would not sell the phone. Kiet was very rude and condescending. I will ensure the company takes work elsewhere. read more

Terrible! The guys there are nice but have no idea what they are doing. Was talked into changing into a business account due to all the credits and benefits I would receive from it - ended up having to spend hours at the store several different days for the transfer to occur, plus none of the credits I was promised have shown up on my bill - it's been 4 billing cycles already. Plus they put me in the wrong phone plan the first month. Went back to the store and they said they needed to fill out some forms to send out to corporate for the promotions and that they would get back to me. They never did... Spent another 1-2 hours EVERY month on the phone with Verizon trying to adjust the incorrect billing and figure out why the promos weren't going through, only to finally learn that 2 of the promotions were never noted into the account at the time of the switch in the store and the third wasn't even an option! So now I'm stuck paying a higher monthly fee and need to wait another 3 billing cycles to see if the other 2 credits show up! So frustrating!!! I would suggest trying another Verizon store, or if you have to go to this one, make sure you get everything they say in writing. read more
