I did not even go into the store i just called for infornation about how to file a complaint. I called foe information on how to contact their district manager as i was told by online personnel and they lay that answered did everything but that. This T-mobile is worse EVER! I'm just asking them about my bills to changing because the plan that we have difference yet we still have the same bills. Since the bills under my husband name, they want me to make me also has access to the acc. I said ok, then come the next day, and I already change the settings, and they still my name not have full access to the account and I checked my husband acc and my name already listed in there and they said keep saying no. Believe or not, one guy just checking his phon, YES he not helping at all while in there yet he heard the guy who talking to me have a hard time to check the computer. The employee just don't care OR they don't understand how to use the computer for sure. They are NOT friendly as well. I don't like this place. They need to train their employee, when costumer around, not allowing playing phone. I leave the store with disappointment. Will NEVER come to this location!!!!!! Ever..... read more
