I wanted to get off a bundle iphone sharing because I joined it with my daughter, yet a man's name was on it instead of her name, so I wanted my own account. The Verizon employee said that the man would have to come to the store in person. I told him that he was wrong because it was originally authorized over the phone. He kept telling me, "In person, in the store!" I insisted he was wrong and told him I wanted to complain, and he said that he was the manager. Then he told me to get out of the store, and he threatened me with the police if I did not leave now as another man came walking over to give him support. I am a seventy-five year old lady and felt shaken and humiliated. Afterwards, I went to the Verizon store across from Festival Shopping Center, and they helped me get my new account then I bought a new updated phone.

I was not aware that they have a lifetime battery swap out per key fob but if you have 2 fobs per car make it make sense. Lol. Just swap the batteries and bring in the one that is causing trouble. The batteries are $9.99 so $26.99 makes sense for a one time fee for life. I was speaking to the very nice and knowledged Olivia and she not only changed the batteries out but informed me of all the money saving options as well as setting up for the key fob addition with a coupon that will make it under $200. Im coming back as the dealership is $500+. They are super nice and customer service is my thing. In addition, this store has more then the name.

Dishonest business uses Bait and Switch…read more This is my first impression with this business...took in 16 watches...the employee then quoted me a price per watch to replace the batteries... I agreed and left them and went home... Store person called me a day later and told me the price was considerably more...and also that they had broken one band... Told them the price that was verbally quoted... but they refused...this is typical bait and switch dishonesty... They should have done the work for the quote price... Caveat Emptor

The base weld cracked after 6 months and the retaining pin blew out of it throwing me into the screen. Nordictrack is a terrible company to deal with. In fact just getting a hold of someone is a chore all by it's self. Contacted the manager he made one call for me but basically was little to no help. I live locally and this experience was so bad I will never return to this fitness store again. In fact I have told my family, friends and co-workers about this incident. If you own and business and sell brand name equipment you should back your customers and stop washing your hands of the bad products your selling from your business. That's the bottom line. Searched high and low, messaged and called alteration places, tailors, shops in Eastpoint Mall…read moretrying to find someone who could/would sew a patch onto my boyfriend's leather jacket (and possibly repair a ripped out pocket). Messaged Hide-A-Way Leather (located next to Squire's) and was absolutely thrilled when they returned my message within an hour, with a resounding YES, they could do both, and that Billy would be at the shop between 3-6pm. My boyfriend had a great time at the shop. Billy was able to accomplish both tasks in ten minutes, and only charged $10. Billy also kept my boyfriend entertained the entire time. Did you know that Patrick Swayze wore a Hide-A-Way shirt in Point Break? No? Check my pics! Cool right? Will definitely return when we need more patchwork done. And I think a shirt would be a fantastic Father's Day gift for my boyfriend's biker dad. Heck, I might need a shirt for myself, now that I think about it. The man was pretty nice and professional. It literally took him for about 15, 20 minutes to check if there is anything wrong with each glasses. At first, he kept refusing to let me return one of glasses I bought due to the damages (one side higher than another side). He even told me to go to different stores asking for return on that one. But somehow he did let me return both of them at the end. Therefore, be aware if you buy anything from this store and later you decide to return some, they say they have the right to refuse for a return!
