Verizon investigated themselves and guess what? They found they did nothing wrong. Put on your surprise face. The fact remains that I bought a "brand new" iPhone on or around October 4, 2024 at the Verizon store at Blue Lakes & Pole Line Road in Twin Falls, Idaho. Their rude and incompetent clerk Tyler represented that the iPhone 14 was "brand new." When we used the phone, the caller ID (as seen by the person we were calling) came up as the name of a woman in Fredericksburg, Virginia who I then called myself. It just so happens, she is a Verizon customer who had turned in a used iPhone 14 "in very good condition" to a Verizon store in Fredericksburg, Virginia two weeks earlier! I don't have the technical expertise to figure out what Verizon is up to but I believe it's fraudulent. A good class action lawyer should thoroughly investigate these buffoons. I seriously doubt Verizon shareholders are informed of the Company's practices. UPDATE: Ultimately, I ended up filing a complaint with the Idaho State Attorney General's office. They investigated it and Verizon eventually offered me a new phone. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. read more

Horrible!! Let me start with the fact that yes i walked in aggravated because to my knowledge verizon is supposed to have "the best 5G service" yea noo so i walked in asking exactly that question to the representative that approached me his response being i should be removing you out of this store because of your aggressive behavior towards me.. seriously? I understood that to a point and apologized to the rep at the location which he responded with " im refusing service because of your behavior"??!?!!? Seriously i have the right to be aggravated I pay over 300$ per month for my services with Verizon and im sorry but i don't accept having no service or a SOS displayed on my screen. Funniest fact of it all was that he told me its not verizons fault its because the screen is cracked on my brand new iphone well for your information its broken " because its loosing service "!!!! I threw the 1000 dollar phone because of VERIZONS HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Im a over the road driver and we rely on proper service because the average consumer which is " reading this review " is relying on me delivering on time so your prices on consumer goods don't rise. Extremely unprofessional on the reps side. Went here to trade in my old z-fold phone after purchasing a new S25 Ultra. This was the first trade-in I had done and was unsure of what needed to be done. Salesperson Nick helped me. Initially, we were trying to do the reset on my phone and I needed my google password which I could not remember. Ended up getting locked out. Told him I could try to come in Saturday but I had to work that weekend and that I worked graveyards. Unfortunately, the hours were during my sleep time and I was unable to get into the store until Monday. Things got taken care of Monday but Nick, although he tried to be pleasant, seemed offended that I hadn't made it in on Saturday and several times, even though I explained and apologized, kept emphasizing what an inconvenience it had been. He also tended to be inpatient and a little annoyed with the whole process. He could do better by not "brow-beating" customers with guilt trips. read more

I usually have no problem with this store until today...I went in 12/26 to order a replacement phone for my phone the service was quick and the phone was ordered. The phone never showed up I checked on My Verizon app was never ordered. Called the store (with a little wait time) a man answered... I started to explain when he interrupted me saying "I'm going to transfer you". I sat on hold for 50 minutes and was never helped. I called back again put on hold (maddening this means war) I sat on hold 1 hr and 20 minutes. I cleaned my house, did laundry, read a magazine, checked my social media while on hold and they never picked up. Worst service EVER! Ended up putting in corporate complaint and had the phone replaced. read more

So, we added my phone to my wife's plan at another Verizon location and they said that we could keep the same unlimited plan and it might even make it cheaper, but our plan got all messed up so I came to this location for help. They were polite and said that there were a few people ahead of me. After waiting for a while they skipped me and went to the next person and then the person after. While waiting the guy that sat me continued to look at me but ignore me and just walk around. I'm fine with waiting in line, but getting skipped and then being ignored felt very unprofessional. Normally, I HATEEEE going into cell phone stores. I was going in with my husband to get him the iPhone 4. To my surprise we were promptly and actually NICELY taken care of by a lady named Aundrea. If you have to go into this store, TRY TO WORK WITH HER! She is way too nice to be a cell phone store worker. She made it very easy, yet was also helpful. She made our trip a great great experience! Worst customer service experience ever in this store today. Customer rep Martin was flippant and rude as we explained the problem with our phone. Treated us as if we were there to take advantage of them. Have always have Verizon as our carrier and staff has been helpful until now. I called back in and spoke with a manager, who also became argumentative with me. It explains why the rep was so rude when management supports that type of attitude.
