We dealt with a woman named Natasha who I think was the sales manager and she convinced us that going directly with their office we would save a lot of money. After being in the store for well over 4 hours we were told by Natashi that ATT would cover any of the outstanding money still owed on our 3 Verizon phones. Unfortunately everything Natashia told us was A big lie and we are being billed by Verizon for over $1600.00 for our old phones. We have tried to call Natasha and she has never returned our calls so we have now had to hire a lawyer to step in. We have since learned of so many other complaints so stay away from this company and especially Natasha because she is a fraud. I would rate this store having no stars and AT&T corporate should close them down.

While at the Rte.23 Verizon store Decided to buy a case for…read morethe Verizon IPhone my wife just got...and also some additional plugs and chargers (because NOTHING comes with the phone to charge it with the new type cord NO wonder people are leaving Verizon and IPhones) $150 dollars later just for that stuff--the guy put the case on the phone ...we left A few days later while it fit good --but--it WASN'T the right case ,u couldn't screen shot etc etc. We had to go all the way back to Wayne Of course when we went back today (4/16 tues at noon) The guy that was there didn't want to be bothered Tried to give us some used crappy case we didn't want ...it was a huge bother to get him to come over to the new case section..where there was a limited selection of cases..he finally realized the guy gave us a case for the newest style IPhone when that's not what we needed. He would up just giving us a clear case that was definitely less money than what we paid just to get us out of there..terrible! And just to mention the place was empty there was no rush.
