I requested to begin service and received no follow-up (over 1 week later) as to when I could expect that service to start. I sent 2 emails after my original request, as well as telephoning once. The customer representative I spoke with did not have any information and did not seem knowledgeable about the process. I was told that someone would check on my request and email me about it by the following day. I never received anything. After 4+ weeks of waiting, I emailed them again and canceled. Still got no response. So, if the internet service is as bad as the customer service, then I guess I am glad that it turned out the way it did.

Unfortunately, calling them does not help you're talking to someone from El Salvador. They said they shut off the wireless because we weren't supposed to have them. I really don't know the reason why. I have to tell you I will never deal with them again. It's too bad when you have a problem you have to talk to someone from another country. Still not resolved want us to pay for them to turn it back on for the wireless. Time to move on
